I was stupid anyway with my spending habits- but could afford the payments! Then covid hit, and I was struggling! The IVA was something that I thought long and hard about, but for me it was the right decision. Also, the fact that you can WhatsApp them to get a query through rather than spending ages on hold or in a queue on a telephone call was a plus point.
