We fell for the scam. We saw a rechargeable shawl which I purchased for my wife for the holidays. I received it and it won’t work. It looks like it is charging but once you take the plug out of the USB port it doesn’t keep the charge. I asks for a refund and they gave us some crap about needing the original packaging. Constant run around with their customer service department which is AI only. Bottom line—this company is garbage.

Wish I had read the reviews - ordered 2 of the heating shawls for my wife's Christmas - they eventually arrived but neither worked - i sent an email to Beforehatched and they asked for a photo of the original label - I had unpacked them and wrapped them in Xmas paper - they are a sham

This “business” does not deserve even one star. They are completely and totally a scam. My order was placed on 11.14.25, it is now 12.26.25. Their “tracking” which is no tracking at all showed the package originating from Ireland and did not get that info until mid December, yet their updated tracking showed as of 11.17.25. Now it is showing originating from China. All they do when contacting them is use their excuse script. Report them to Federal Trade Commission. Shysters!

ADDENDUM: Received after nearly two months and wish I could attach a photo! It is not anything as advertised and I would think may not even be sold at a dollar store!

Ordered off of Facebook. Big mistake! They stated it shipped from Spain. Package came from Korea and it took forever. Tried returning and it has been nothing but back and forth, they won't take the product back. Do not order from these guys!

I ordered Christmas flameless candles. Half didn’t work other half looked like they melted. Took 35 days to get here. Offered replacement or $10. I paid 125.00
Replacement would most probably also be defected

I purchased on this site only after confirming that the items I purchased would ship from within the US. Instead, this company shipped items from Spain which have taken weeks just to get through customs and are not even in the US now. Highly dishonest company, do not purchase.

Order placed on Sept 20, 2025. Going back & forth with this company (after paying for shipping insurance!) for several months now and they keep telling me to check with the carrier! In the last week, USPS confirmed that they lost the package, yet this company will not refund my money ($167+) and I paid an extra $8.00 for shipping insurance but they insured the package for only $100!

Their website clearly states that their products are "made & shipped from South Carolina". My shipment originated from Greece! That in itself is a fraudulent claim and illegal as per the CPSC's regulation on Made in the USA claims!

FaceBook really needs to vet these companies that advertise on their site. I am out all that money and they just keep telling me to check with the carrier even though I provided them with the letter from USPS about the lost package.

I placed an order for $105. They sneaky charged me $127. Then when I got the product over a month later, it was super tiny compared to what they described. When I asked for a refund, they said it would cost too much to ship it back and asked if I would settle for $11 back. Beware of this scamming company.

I ordered a Christmas lighted branches back on 10/18. I gave request for shipping/tracking info twice already but no response yet. Still waiting for delivery. Very disappointed. I will be going to my credit card company next to dispute the charge. After reading the other reviews, I'm not expecting to receive the branches. 😥
Update 12/13. After threatening to cancel and calling credit card yesterday, I received notice today that order is now being created and I now have a tracking number. Hasn't even been shipped yet from China. Not looking good.

I ordered garland hangers for my mantel. My receipt said $68 but the charge was over $90. I filed a complaint with PayPal but it was denied for “other fees”. I had requested that the order be cancelled if it was that much but it wasn’t cancelled. Received the product with a piece missing rendering it useless. They have not responded to my emails.

I purchased a charcuterie puzzle tray that is so small it would not be enough for a toddler. Customer service responded stating I received the correct item. I replied to them that the picture used to advertise is false advertising and hopefully the company will have to close its doors and they have not received any reviews above a 1.......

I ordered the weeder tool and never received it. I
contacted support and have been given the runaround and several different tracking numbers that are incorrect. Terrible company to deal with!

I ordered the The Ultimate 2-in-1 Tote Bag in February using my apple and. Tracking information said it was coming from Italy, so I expected it to take a while to arrive. The last tracking shows it was in Rutland, nowhere near where I live. I did not receive the product. I've disputed the charge 3 times now, but they keep winning the dispute. I have had no luck with customer service. Their website claims to have a 5 star customer rating, but they must be ignoring the significant number of 1 star reviews I am reading. They are outweigh the 5 stars.

I ordered a garden tool mid March and paid via Apple Pay. The amount taken from my account was more than the amount listed on my receipt. I immediately requested that the order be canceled and that I be refunded. They said it had already shipped (which absolutely cannot be true -it was less than 3 minutes). I've been given multiple tracking logs, and they're all different, so I believe they're fraudulent. For a while they said it was due to tariffs, but then said the tool was delivered. I requested a USPS tracking number, but now they say they'll reach out to the shipper to find out where it is. They sidestep my request for a refund each time.

It took me chasing up my bag when it was going through the post taking over 2 months to arrive. When it did, the main zipper was broken before I could get it out of the packaging. The first time I used the shoulder strap it snapped the second I had to readjust it. Not worth the $140 and definitely looking for a better option elsewhere. The bells and whistles aren’t worth it.

Horrible! I wish I had looked at these reviews on Trustpilot first. Just like other reviews, the item (that the website said was shipping from the US) was "in transit" for two months. When I complained to customer service, they gave me a new tracking number and "rushed" the item. I got it, but it wasn't what I ordered. I paid $92 for my purchase and they offered to refund me $7. What a joke.

If I could give a zero, I would. Like many others I ordered something, it never came, they won't give me my money back, blah blah blah. Terrible to deal with, and since they are China based, youo will never see the money again.

Does its job reasonably well, decent quality, provides moderate entertainment during use.

Item arrived in about two weeks which was reasonable enough. Quality is decent, not amazing but works as expected and feels fairly sturdy overall. Could have been packaged a bit better, but no noticeable damage. Generally satisfied with this purchase experience.
