Avoid these scammers. Ordering thge product is easy. Receiving it is not.

Surprisingly effective and fun compared to similar gadgets; exceeded expectations and worked smoothly during use.

Arrived in around three weeks which felt slightly long but acceptable considering distance. Build quality is decent enough—not amazing but does the job adequately. Considering what I paid, Im satisfied with how it performs so far and have no major complaints.

Complete scam…. Ordered a bag in February the Shipping hasn’t updated since March saying it was in the US. Contacted customer service 2 times to no avail they just say it’s in transit. You can’t get a refund and you can’t report them to BBB because they don’t exist on the site. Save yourself and your money.

I placed an order on 2/18/25 and sill have not received my bag. It has been in Morgantown WV since 3/17/25. I have reached out several times and they just keep saying that it is in transit and that the carrier will update the tracking. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Do not buy from this company. We placed an order more than 2 months ago and have still not received our merchandise. They are refusing to refund us and have no reliable updates on the delivery status of the product. They have stated they shipped us a replacement product that is also in limbo. Their customer service is horrible and their delivery is completely unreliable.

I ordered in early February and it’s now almost April and the package never arrived. They refuse to refund. Scam company. Buyer beware

Packaging was neat and secure, though shipping took about three weeks which felt a bit lengthy. Product itself has an appealing design and functions reliably, fulfilling expectations without any notable issue so far.

Received mine in about two weeks which was reasonable. Quality was decent considering the price I paid, but nothing spectacular. Design was satisfactory and it functions as expected. Good enough overall, but I wouldnt highly recommend or discourage anyone either.

Found it amusing but seemed a bit cheaply made; still, overall decent quality considering the low price.

I never got my order and they got my $. I send a note everyday and I get the same answer, we have been in touch with the transit company. It’s a complete scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Scam alert. I ordered their bag on February 10th, 2025 and have not received. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service requesting a full refund but they keep telling me just to wait. Just wait, Just wait….Even purchased the shipping insurance. Horrible horrible. They have $85 of mine, I have no product and they are refusing to refund me. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Scammers!!!! They claim item was shipped. The use a nonexistent company to track. Don’t waste your time and money. Two months later, nothing.

Scam. I ordered mid December and still have not received my product. Customer service is horrible and will not help. Will not ship a new one or refund my money. No solution has been offered. Since they show the item as shipped they feel they no longer have to assist customers with issues.

Complete scam. Stay away.

Spent $70 at the beginning of December.
Never received and it’s almost March. Sent about 12 emails won’t give me money back. Tell me they will give updates and I never hear anything. Run away from this company.

Would never order again. It’s been 11 days and still not in customs. Or even close to delivery. I was charged one initial price on the website then when I checked my bank acct they charged a 2nd fee 0f $16. For what reason I do not know. So I had to email them to ask why. And they refunded me back with no explanation. I find that shady. My item is abt a $100 item and I’m doubtful I’m gonna get. We will wait another week and see. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Beforehatched is obviously a scam. Like many people reviewing Beforehatched on Trustpilot, I ordered the stocking holders which took around 8 weeks to deliver. Once delivered, the items were scratched. They obviously just threw the items in bag and shipped them from the Netherlands. I contacted Beforehatched and they told me to send pictures which I sent 10 pictures. No response and no credit for the bad quality product. The only response that I received from them was "We are now on a vacation. There are only a few staff members on duty.
We will respond to you in 7 days. Please be patient. Repeating emails may make us more confused about your request latter.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We wish you a happy new year". Granted this was the 5th email I sent them and the fact they are all on vacation on February 5th. Complete SCAM!!! Need to find a way to put them out of business.
