Scam. Overcharged my card and nothing ever came months later.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give 0 stars I would as well as all the other complaints. I wish I would have read online reviews before purchasing. Not only did they over charge my card for an additional $18 and merchant listed in CC statement is LANDSCAPET.COM LAUK GB -- it is not! They also will not accept my request to return the item based on their return policy because shipping back to their warehouse in China is too expensive and only offered me $18 in "compensation". Product was listed as shipping from Netherlands. Product received was not what I thought I had purchased. Bait and Switch. Instagram ads were strong.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order and was immediately charged $40 more than billed. They credited it back and said 'oops sorry'... I tried to cancel and they said it already shipped. I ordered BEFORE THANKSGIVING 2024 - it is February 5 and I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. They say be patient and gave me new tracking info. This product is coming from China (not Italy as advertised) and has not moved for a month. I have requested a refund repeatedly and they will not issue one. I believe this is a fraudulent company and will try to post everywhere I can. DO NOT USE!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would! Iordered an item from this company and paid with my credit card. I was immediately billed for the same item from PayPal under a different company name for $10 more than the actual price. I contacted the credit card company immediately because I did not purchase through PayPal which of course results in canceling my card because of fraudulent activity. I did email the company, but only got a standard reply that they were on vacation and would try to have someone from the company reply within a week or so. I should have researched this company first!

Do Not Use this company!!! They will not take a return for the mantel hooks that do not fit my mantel. It took over 2 months to receive the product so I didn’t have them in time to decorate for the holidays. Now they won’t send instructions to return the product. In addition, this company advertised the hooks at a price of $54.00 US but then charged me $120.00 US. I guess only recourse now is to alert my credit card company about the fraud, and go to social media with this horrible experience so others don’t become victims. Awful!!

I would give negative stars if possible. This company is likely working a dropship scam (or blatantly just scamming people). My experience is on par with other reviews here: ordered 2 mantle stocking/garland orders in November. First time they shipped it, nothing made its way to me. They reshipped and when I got the package it was missing pieces. I emailed them asking for them to ship the missing parts. They offered a $12 refund. I refused and requested the missing pieces be sent to me. They offered $14 as a refund. Again, I said no as I needed all the parts for anything to work as intended. I offered to ship back for a refund and they said it was too expensive to do that. I'm currently out almost $150 and they are demanding I pay shipping (which is almost $100 since it's metal and going to China). I'm still disputing with PayPal and my bank trying to find a solution, but it seems PayPal is fine with them scamming their customers. Don't make the mistake I did - I should have known when I couldn't see any actual reviews on their website that this wasn't on the up and up, but I stupidly wanted the mantle holders since we have an unusually thick and long mantel and nothing else I had found would work. Please don't purchase from this company, save yourself the headache and loss of money.

Orders 2 sets of mantle hangers. Paid extra for VIP shipping. Took 2 months to get them and they are too small for the mantle. The website description is inaccurate. The company plays around trying to offer $10 refund! Won’t provide return shipping address nor refund.

I ordered two sets of stocking hangers in early November. They did not arrive until well after Christmas. Additionally, they were entirely too small for my mantle. I tried to return for a refund. It’s been a month and so far all that has happened is they keep asking me to send pictures of the product. Don’t buy from this company.

I have emailed the company multiple times for return policy since I ordered in October and didn’t receive my order til January 2025. No response. The product is cheap and definitely NOT the picture on their site. Such a SCAM!!

I ordered 2 items in November.
The Garland holder was never delivered.
After NUMEROUS email exchanges there has been no solution,other than they will refund me $18 for a product I paid $119.98 for.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This started on Nov 13 with no resolution as of today, Jan 19.

This is the worst company I ever ordered an item online. Ordered in late November a Christmas item with no mention of delayed delivery. Wrote to see about the delay and no meaningful answers on the delay or when delivery would be completed. Received mid-January too late to use. Disappointed my grandkids who were waiting for it.

I will never buy again from this company. The item arrived two months after ordering. The tracking information originally showed it coming from Italy, then when I emailed them about the stalled tracking information (stalled in the US), they gave me a different number leading to a different site that said it came from China. When it arrived, the garland stocking holder did not fit my mantle, though the website said it would. They refused to admit their description was wrong and told me returning it was too expensive. They also overcharged my card! In the end, the over charge was refunded (12.60) and they gave me $13 without my consent to the settlement. I wanted either a full refund or a more substantial one since it was their fault that I couldn't use it. In the end I am out $50 for a useless product.

Ordered in mid-November and after MANY emails and misleading tracking information (first from the Netherlands and then from China) I received a USPS tracking notice in January after demanding it. Finally got a delivery confirmation notice, but unfortunately not to our house and the USPS confirmed it was not delivered to our house. We are out the money and we did not receive the product. It is too bad they didn't replace the product as I asked. All they say is it was delivered.

Less than zero, if I could. See other reviews. Same story. Ordered early Dec., didn't arrive until Jan. 2025 and products were damaged, not to mention complete crap. I got the fireplace garland hangers. Customer service is terrible. Do not order from this company!

Wish I could give zero stars. I was overcharged by $33. Ordered 12/3 from what appeared to be a Chicago based company. Tracking information showed it was shipping from Portugal, and the tracking website looked highly suspicious. After a month I wrote to Before Hatched to see where my package was and was given another tracking number from a completely different shipping company, with the package originating in China. Package was delivered 1/13 and the products are of very poor quality, not at all as represented on the Before Hatched website.

If I could leave a zero star, I would. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Incredibly difficult to work with. Christmas decor ordered early Nov. 1-2 week shipping time. I had to ride their tails and even open a PayPal resolution to get a response. Tracking lost and new order sent out 3 times! Products finally came Jan 7th after they were reported to PayPal. Multiple emails sent to get a return process going. No response. Case closed. Do not order. Scam company.

Placed my order right after Thanksgiving and have yet to receive my order. Company states that they are South Carolina located on their website, however, the shipping information shows that the product was shipped from China. I have yet to receive my product. They also overcharged my credit card.

Clear scam, similar experience to all of the other reviewers. Initial November tracking said it was coming from Spain then stalled out. Second new December tracking said coming from China where it then stalled out in Chicago for weeks. Communications with company were poor, they just kept insisting that the garland hangers were coming but clearly just a scam to prolong them keeping my money. Finally disputed with my CC company and got a refund.

Also scrolling through reviews on this site you can clearly see the company has posted a handful of their own vague/positive reviews. Hopefully they get shutdown.

Do not order from this company! I ordered stocking holder in mid Nov. I received a tracking number (which was probably bogus) which started in Portugal(!) and slowly tracked until Dec 13 where the tracking mysteriously stopped. Emailed the seller AFTER Christmas when the item never arrived and asked for a refund. Instead he sent the item in a flimsy plastic package which arrived with holes in it and parts falling out in my mailbox and at least one missing part. I believe this is a scam!! Don't say you weren't warned.

PS: the item looks nothing like their picture. At least the pieces that arrived didnt.
