Ordered some stocking holders before Thanksgiving. When ordered it said they would be delivered by December 5 and were being shipped from Chicago. It's January 10 and I still haven't received them and the origin for shipping was Ireland. Supposedly they have been in Boston since December 19. Also, when I ordered the price was listed in USD but when the charge came through it was converted to Euros which is more expensive. I caught that right away and was issued an adjustment but be careful if you choose to order from here

The worst company ever! They are criminal. Garland hangers arrived 8 or 9 weeks after order (too late to use). They offered me a $13 USD refund and I can keep the product. For a full refund I would need to ship back to CHINA despite the package I have showing it shipped to me from Chicago. Gathers Fottys, 3646 Wolcott Avenue, Chicago, IL 60609.

Received item weeks after purchase (garland hanger.). Ordered them in mid November, finally emailed them on January 2nd when it hadn’t arrived. It was then that I also noticed they OVERCHARGED MY CARD by over $25. Miraculously received it in a shredded bag 2 days later. No longer wanted the item - emailed back and forth (of course there is no phone number on the website). They refunded the extra money they overcharged me and told me if I wanted to return them I had to pay to ship them back to CHINA. Ridiculous…

This is a fake company. I bought from them on Instagram. They sent a fake tracking with fake updates. Never received anything from them. First shipping said it was coming from Ireland second said Hong Kong. Reported to my cc and they refunded my money.

This is definitely a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered November 19th received the product 6 weeks after ordering and received it December 30th... after Christmas, so I do not need the product, and it does not work. It is junk. I have been trying to do a return, and it is hopeless. I wish I had read reviews. I will never order anything I see on Instagram. This is a 0 star rating, not 1 star...

Company is an absolute scam and will not honor their return policy! The products are garbage- do not fall for the pretty advertisements

Ordered a garland hanger in November. The website claims that they sell items made in the US. The tracking information showed that the item was shipping from Southern Italy - then to central italy, then to ogden utah, where the info says it's in transit for over a month. No response from customer service other than pointing me to this seemingly bogus tracking record. No human interaction. This company is obviously BS.

Stocking/garland hanger has still not arrived after 8 weeks. It was shipped from China, which was not disclosed during purchase. Customer service has refused to refund so filing a dispute through my bank.

Update: my order finally showed up 8 weeks after I ordered it and it’s all junk! Poor quality stocking hangers that don’t fit our mantle even though it is within the specifications. And the garland is a joke! It looks nothing like the photos or videos on their website.

NEVER EVER AGAIN. Still never received the fireplace arms which were advertised all over Facebook. And forget trying to understand the tracking, it's not like we normally see the progress. In fact, my items appear to have made it to the US and ended up back in China. WHO KNOWS.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 9 stocking/ garland hangers for $190.41. I ordered them the end of November and never received them until after Christmas. The description on their web-site showed the hangers having the capacity to open to 8.5 inches. My mantel is 7 inches so thought these would be great. The hangers only open to 6 inches. When I notified them they said I got what I ordered. I again provided them pictures to prove their product is not what they claim it to be. They first offered me $17 and said to see if someone else could use them. Then they offered me $20. Remember I paid $190.41 for products I can’t use. Awful customer service and misleading advertising. I would never order from them!

I ordered the garland mantle holders in November because the published delivery was Dec 3. Well, they did not arrive until Jan 3. I got suspicious when I got a notice from the CC company of a foreign transaction fee since the advertising says it ships from Chicago. Customer service then sent me a tracking number to
nowhere, but I would get updates saying it was going through customs in the Netherlands. then it was going through US customs at LAX. when I questioned the validity of that they sent me a new tracking number with the stuff coming from China. I was ready to dispute the charge as a scam when the items showed up. The hangers will work on my oversized mantle so Im happy for that. Are they worth what I paid for them, probably not. Would I ever order from this company again no. Will I be more cautious about ordering stuff advertised on facebook yes!

I never received my shipment. My email inquiries for help only brought vague and unhelpful answers.
I asked for a refund and was denied. Customer Service said I had to wait for the shipment then can take action.

Horrible quality! No idea the product was coming from an international ecommerce site. Paid express shipping and it still took over 30 days to deliver. Not to mention the quality of the garland hangers was terrible. A waste of money.

SCAM!!! This company did not indicate they were from China or I would never have ordered from them. I never received the $119 worth of mantel hooks and they refuse to refund me. All they offered me was a $5 refund. And the 9’ garland I ordered actually arrived; however, it looks super cheap and nothing like the advertisement photos. I learned a hard lesson to never order products directly from a Facebook ad.

When they arrived they were packaged poorly and the return address is from a Chicago address but they initially shipped from China.

Ordered the garland hangers back on Nov 18. Still haven’t received them. I have contacted the company many times and get the same reply that they have been shipped. I have asked for a refund. No such luck. I’m going to talk to the credit card company now.

I ordered those stocking holders and garland back in early November. Still haven't the product. Told them to refund my money and if there was a shipment to me to stop it or I would refuse it. They emailed me back and said they couldn't refund it because the shipment was coming. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Well what do you know, got an email that they are refunding my money.

I also ordered the stocking hangars and have never received them. The tracking number has been bogus from the start. We will see what response I get.

Now trying to get a refund for the return of the item since they weren’t usable for the holiday and the company isn’t replying coherently to the messages I’m sending. Total scam company. Don’t waste your money or time.
