I had eight windows replaced, four upstairs and four downstairs; also, new fascia, soffit and guttering at the front and some new fascia and guttering for the flat roof extension at the rear.
I'm very happy with the standard of work carried out and the professionalism of the fitters; everything was done meticulously and skillfully.
The company always let me know when the fitters were coming, well in advance. There was flexibility on both sides, for times when dates had to be rearranged. They rang me regularly to make sure I was happy with the work in progress. I can't fault the work in any way.
The quote was adhered to exactly, with no additional add-ons. I can recommend this company as reliable and trustworthy.

Sales technique a bit pushy. However the work was done on the agreed dates by hardworking men, and I am very pleased with the results. The house looks very smart.

Homesure replaced old wood soffits on our ground-floor extension with new gutters and soffits. We think it looks really nice. Everyone we dealt with, including their initial visit to discuss our needs, the surveyor and the team of two who carried out the fitting, not to mention office staff over the phone, were friendly and helpful. There wasn't a spot of rubbish left behind. Can't comment on comparale prices but we were happy with what we were charged.

We have just had all our windows replaced the finish was fist class very impressed. The after care is excellent nothing is to much trouble. And would highly recommend this company.

Pressure sales at its best - was put onto these by a site claiming to have subsedies, and they would contribute to my windows being replaced.

All i wanted was a quote, simple 30 minutes, take a look and give me a price. NOPE: Salesman arrive 40 minutes late, went into his sales pitch about the company and even a window demonstration (name dropping Martin Lewis in the convo too) - Kept saying all we want was a price gfor 6 windows and 1 door.

After 2 1/2 hours he came up with £15k, but if we signed today it'd be £10k, we said at the start we are lookign to get the windows done in the next 12 months so arent going to sign anything today. He called the 'office' and tried to drop close, and we eventually kicked him out at 8:45pm as my wife just started to cook dinner to give him the hint.

I'd avoid these at all costs, unless you want a full evening wasted.

If you actually came and gave me a quote in 30 minutes like i asked for, I might of actually considered using you.

I needed to replace a faulty window the care I received from Homesure was excellent it was not a straightforward job but they took all the worry away for anyone who is older and concerned about allowing workers into their home I really would recommend this company

I am delighted with my new windows and doors, they look lovely. The workmen were efficient and cleaned up before they left. I feel the whole house feels warmer. Would recommend Homesure to anyone. EXCELLENT SERVICE. D Ball

Fitting team were efficient and careful, Finished job was very good and all frames and glass were cleaned. The new windows are good to look at and through, cut out more sound than the originals and felt warmer straight away. Over all my wife and I are very pleased with the windows and Homesure and are confident to recommend then to others.

Home sure have made the whole process of purchasing windows very easy. From the first visit where everything was clear and concise. The survey was conducted very quickly and accurately. There were no problems at all when it came to installation. I would recommend these guys to anyone if I was asked. Most importantly the product is second to none! I am very happy with the outcome. It’s given my house a new, refreshed look.

Work carried out to a high standard on time with minimum disruption .My wife and myself are extremely pleased with the results . We had our windows and doors fitted in two days on 22/23 of January and the outside guttering replaced on the first of march . All this was done by very pleasant local people and all Homesure staff we have met or spoken to on the phone have given great customer service which is quite rare these days . Our thanks to all concerned .
