I just received the bag i ordered & it wasnt the same as the pictured in their website particularly the materials used. It's not leather as they claimed but a cheap synthetic sort of . I'm so disappointed. I wanted to return the bag but most of the customers said they didn't get their refund. So i have no choice but keep it.

Do not order from this place! They took three months to deliver the $70 dollar boots. Once the order arrived it was shoes …..they were children’s shoes, with laces!They fit my 10-year-old daughter. They were extremely cheaply made, and arrives in an Amazon looking type of bag. This place is a scam.

They’re not honest about their leather, it’s NOT leather!!!
Their sizing is totally wrong!!!
They claim they accept returns and they DON’T!!!
Their merchandise is NOT made in Italy, it’s all a front!
They refuse to return your money!
This company is a HOAX designed to take your money!

I ordered a pair of boots on Feb 7th 2026.Then while reading news I saw scam alerts for their Company. So I emailed them to cancel my order less than 2 hours after I placed it. While waiting to hear back I did some digging and found many Scam Alerts for them checked the BBB and found numerous complaints and stories of their products not being genuine leather as advertised,vegan leather instead,so I emailed them again,telling them of what I'd read and I wanted my order cancelled immediately. Sophie emailed me back saying it was too late to cancel my order,and assured me they were genuine leather,and my order was being processed. I responded When could I expect delivery,they hadn't taken my money yet, She responded 5 to 7 business days. On the 10th they took my money so I waited. When the expected day of delivery came and went I con tacted her again. She responded 2 days later and told me it sometimes takes 7 to 12 days,not to worry,they were on their way. I waited another week and contacted my bank to start a dispute. Another week went by,still no delivery,and I started emailing "Sophie" again. She responded she would have her team track my purchase and get back to me. I demanded a refund and told her to keep the boots,I'd had enough. She kept telling me she'd take care of it. I started my dispute with my bank,sent EVERY email to them and they started their investigation,seeing the Scam Alerts and BBB Complaints for themselves. While they were investigating,at the 5 week mark,I get a delivery in a small,plastic mailer. Inside were NOT the boots I ordered but another pair,wrong color,wrong size. So I sent Bellatori an email telling them how they failed even further a x received a response that there's NO PHYSICAL RETURNS. No Return Address and they'd look into it. I sent pictures of the boots I ordered and the ones I'd received to my bank Investigators,and will know Wednesday about my money. I can't use the boots they sent,I don't want them,I just wanted what I ordered in a timely manner. At EVERY step this Company failed.Its the 6th week and I've heard nothing from them. Please don't buy from these folks,it's a nightmare and a complete runaround. Kathryn Page

This company and website are a complete scam! There is absolutely NOTHING leather about the two items I ordered. In fact, they are made in China and the boots are plastic and the jacket is the cheapest polyester with a plactic belt. There is ZERO leather to these products. Run for your life before you order from this company!! Fortunately I cancelled the charge on my credit card and got my money back. Total SCAM!!

If I could give a minus star that's what they deserve. Not what was advertised a mens bomber jacket and a ladies leather jacket suppose to be, but instead got some cheap a** plastic stinky material. Please dont order from this advertisement. Just got a email hoping I am enjoying my jackets. 😆

This company is a total fraud straight out of Mainland China. NOT ITALIAN FATHER AND DAUGHTER DUO!! Received my order and the product is some man-made material that has a very nasty chemical odor. Look slightly like the boots ordered, very slightly. Will not refund!!!!

I bought a purse from this company and tried cancel my order within 20 minutes of placing the order. The site said I could cancel within 30 minutes. I have the exact time documented. Sophie then emailed me stating they have a no return policy. I received the purse which was the worse quality purse I have ever seen. The strap fell off the purse and cannot be repaired. I continued to email Sophie and at one point Sophie offered me 20% back and keep the purse. Because I was so sick of emailing her I accepted that offer to just stop this nonsense. When I asked how she would refund the 20% Sophie kept emailing me stating they had a no refund policy. I had actually emailed her to ask if there was something wrong with her. Finally after even more ridiculous emails from Sophie she agreed to credit me the 20% back to my credit card. Unfortunately, I’m left with the worse quality of purse ever. Ended up throwing it in the garbage.
Just a terrible terrible company. I will contact the BBB also. If I could give this company minus 10 stars I would.

I ordered two leather bags and received two very, very cheap vinyl bags. They are too bad to even be considered faux leather. The "fantasy description" of good leather bags crafted in Italy is just that ... an unadulterated fantasy (also known as a lie). After ordering I found all the negative reviews about the products and the horrible customer service. Bellatori is a complete SCAM. Beware, do not waste your money!

This site is a scam!!!! I got tricked. It pays to go online and ask "if this website is real? Scam?" It's not real. I received three purses that one didn't even come close to the way the product looked on website. They are NOT made of genuine leather and are made of polyurethane product. Returning them is a hassle, costing more than the product purchase price.

This place does not even deserve 1 star but you have to pick that to go further! It is not the Bellatori store, it is My Fashion World in China!! They advertise like the store is in New York, and they tell you they are hand made and genuine leather, BUT THEY ARE NOTHING BUT PLASTIC! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES! I spent over $300 at one time and when I received all of my purses they are packed in ziplock baggies with writing in Chinese, everything is horrible IF I would have purchased from dollar store they would have been better! When I called them for return of course they will take back but you have to send them back to somewhere in China and the paper says you are responsible for return cost along with high tariffs! it says that on the return address they send you! If the store is in New York where it is advertised from and where you order from why are we to return back to China!!??

Bellatorri bags is a scam! The bag is vinyl/plastic not leather. They state they have a 30 day return policy, but they do not. They will not take the bag back. Do not buy from this company.

Wish I had gone here first - not leather and shipped from China - it’s like a vinyl piece of shit - I’m so disgusted and upset - I sent an email about returning this - we will see if they email back now

Not the same quality as advertised. A no name brand fake. Not even the same style as originally ordered, just whatever was on hand. I am very disappointed.

Scam alert! My Fashion world limited aka Bellatori Leathers is a scam. They don’t sell what they advertise because the don’t use genuine leather, even though they advertise it. It’s plastic, vinyl synthetic garbage. If you make the mistake of falling victim to this company, you’ll have a difficult time recovering your money.

What a Scam!
The website advertised “genuine hand-stitched leather bags. What I was sent were two plastic knockoffs, made in China. They are absolutely not 100% leather nor are they made by an Italian craftsman and his daughter. I tried to return and they will not provide a prepaid return shipping label despite the website offering a 30-day refund with no questions asked. Additionally, when I tried to return the items, they said their policy does not accept returns on that item.
I am requesting help from my credit card company to see if they can do something about this scam, but… don’t be taken in like I was. The bags they sent me are trash.

Shouldn’t even get a star! COMPLETE SCAM!! Nothing like what you ordered! Got a cheap piece of fake leather purse made of plastic. This was supposed to be a gift, but was just a piece of trash that I threw away.

Total misrepresentation! I wish that I'd checked Trustpilot first. Bags weren't leather. Smelled of petroleum. Size smaller than advertised--won't stand up as gusset is too narrow. It sounded too good to be true and it was!!
