Poor Customer Service

1.3.24, Customer service has reached out several times to resolve this issue regarding my order. They have been responsive to my request and I'm looking forward to a complete resolution regarding my return. I will keep you posted.

Poor Customer Service. Received package late after the Thanksgiving holiday. Requested a return, it takes weeks before anyone replies to my emails. Still waiting to return my unopen package.

I love the different styles

I love the different styles. I find it very difficult to find nice sleeveless tops, they are usually very boring looking. You have a wonderful selection, I am very happy to have found your site. I have shared it with my friends and they are equally as happy as I am.

Easy to navigate

As per the purchase of my items, everything's was great, Great choice, a Lot of different style. It was easy to navigate. Can not give my review about my clothes yet since I didn't received them, just made my purchase today
But will do when I'll receive everything

No response from company to return an item

Ordered a top. It came defective. I sent several emails to see how to get a refund. And nothing. They won't respond. But funny how I keep getting their promotion emails. Won't ever order from them again!

Excellent bikinis

Excellent bikinis, I ordered one that was too small and Belle Lily, agreed straight away to send me free of charge a size M. Very happy with their service.

Trendy clothes at cheap price but colors could be off slightly

The clothes seem to he pretty trendy at a cheap price and sizes are mostly accurate...only had one so far that was smaller then normal. The lighting used for pictures sometimes doesn't show the correct colors of items...just my opinion. One shirt looked white in the picture but when arrived it looked like a dingy yellow.
