I recommend Benenden for peace of mind when you need consultations or common surgical procedures. It has reduced the stress of long NHS waiting times, and their communication is clear and supportive. The private booking process is explained step by step, and they’re always available if you need help or clarification. The key is to check what is and isn’t covered — such as blood tests, X‑rays or overnight stays — and I found that calling Benenden whenever I was unsure made the process smooth, as they were always happy to confirm details.”

I’ve been really impressed with the service from Benenden. The team are very helpful, responsive and professional when dealing with any inquiry. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

The whole experience with Benenden was…
The whole experience with Benenden was excellent. I saw a specialist quickly, had a follow up consultation and then subsequent surgery in a very short space of time. I was informed of each step of my treatment to ensure that I understood and that I was comfortable with everything. Overall, the staff are helpful, informative and add confidence to the whole hospital experience.
The hospital itself is a welcoming place, clean, tidy and well maintained. There is plenty of car parking and a cafe on site, although it is limited in menu choice, its a nice place to sit for a coffee or light lunch.

I needed Benenden for two health issues over this past two years. I had a lot of contact with the Benenden advisors. They were most helpful and very reassuring. The decisions were very prompt within a couple of days. Overall, I found the service excellent.

Choose Benenden - They provide an excellent service
Benenden give a great service, stepping in when NHS appointments have very long waiting lists. I have been with them for many years and have called upon them a couple of times when my health has required their expertise.

Hospital is brilliant, a bit difficult to get their and not sure if there is anywhere local to stay post operation.
