I contacted WPA to help speed along the process of an issue I was having with procedure authorisation and she was more than happy to help.

Her response was fast and she helped resolve the issue quickly.

FIVE STARS for the lovely, kind and professional young woman who answered my questions. I think it was Maisie. She was perfect.
I had to take one star off for the very long time I waited. This is a problem that didn’t exist a few years ago. It’s really only in the past year that it’s got bad. I don’t want to hang up and wait - a pointless choice, I think. I might as well carry on with what one’s doing and let it ring.
But to end in a POSITIVE way - the customer service was FANTASTIC.

I spoke to Daisy who was incredibly helpful and had sorted out my claim authorisation within minutes andhelped me find a doctor.

The call-back system is really good and I didn't have to wait too long to talk to an advisor. I was put through to Erin who was friendly and professional, and helped clear up a query I had regarding some invoicing.

Always a pleasure dealing with WPA. I've unfortunately had a few health concerns recently and nothing has been a problem. I specifically wanted to call out Lucy who I spoke with today who was a delight to deal with.

Sometimes the wait times can be a bit high but the callback option is great. I'd highly recommend WPA as a health provider.
