Another great experience using Benenden…
Another great experience using Benenden health, both eyes needed cataract surgery, it was very easy to arrange and everything was done for me, all I had to do was turn up for the surgery, joining Benenden health a few years ago was one one the best things I've ever done and my wife who is also a member feels the same.

Great service
I found myself using the service quite a bit over the past 18 months to resolve an ongoing issue. They were very fast and efficient in helping to access the medical professionals and treatments recommended. The only downside would be the initial physiotherapy they use I was not impressed with at all, it was very basic in location facilities and sessions very short and complacent, however on reporting this back I was given the option to secure a new physio of my choosing which they contributed to. When required to see consultants and undergo various tests this was all completed in a much quicker time than if I had had to wait on the NHS. For a small monthly fee it gives complete peace of mind when needed the most.

I had never before been to Benenden so…
I had never before been to Benenden so I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was helpful and showed me exactly where to go and where to wait. The nurses were thorough, explained everything clearly and didn't make me feel rushed. The consultant was the same when he gave me the results of the tests.

After not being able to see the GP due…
After not being able to see the GP due to no appointments I called Benenden and booked a telephone appointment, I got the prescription needed and it was totally stress free. The Doctor was lovely and listened to the concerns I would absolutely recommend this service.

Beneden GP stepped in when nhs GP let me down.
I was let down by my nhs GP who suggested I go to A&E for treatment. This was unnecessary waste of nhs resource and my time. All I needed was antibiotics. I was able to access a GP appointment that same evening. Spoke with the GP who sent me a private prescription immediately that I was able to pick up at any pharmacy. I didn't need to waste nhs resource and got treatment without delay. Very happy with Benenden, the nhs GP not so much.
