The quality and sizing was terrible. As others have said, it was poorly sewn and extremely cheap fabric. Nothing was sized close to my size-typically an XS. Everything was so big. I reached out to the company and they offered me 30% refund to keep the products. When I said I would never be able to wear the items, shipping to China and a sketchy address “3rd floor right of elevator” instructions seem like the items will never be received in order for them to issue the full refund. It says a US Company. It is not. Do not order from them. They are not from New York.

I ordered a Bennett and Lowe dress but the dress I received was not the same dress. The dress I received was not even nice, and actually looked more like it was pieced together with rags. Do not order from this company, it is clearly a scam. Do not give them a penny.

I purchased "suede" boots that were nothing like the advertised pair. I want to return them but after many emails with a bot my option was to pay for shipping and "customs" and no return address was given and the listed phone number is fake. Bennet and Lowe is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

The dress I received was made of cheap synthetic material. The over jacket was too small and didn’t fit . When I tried to return it is where the nightmare began. We exchanged 7 emails back and forth, each time giving me more discount and the option to keep the dress. The final offer was 55% discount and keeping the dress (which didn’t fit)!! I did not receive the return address until the final offer. The address was a 7-line address in China, which I had to pay the return! It was certainly not worth all this effort for $59. I will never order from this company.

The actual dress is stunning and I got so many compliments at the event I wore it to. Only giving 3 stars because it took close to 3 weeks to arrive and I was cutting it pretty close for the occasion. I'd order again but I'd give myself more time. Totally worth it just plan ahead.

Pretty happy overall but the sizing was off for me. I went with my usual and it was noticeably bigger than expected. The size guide on the site could be more helpful. The fabric and design are genuinely lovely though so I'd try again and just size down next time.

I liked the dress but I have to be honest the tracking updates were pretty sparse and I had no real idea where my package was for about a week. A bit stressful. The product itself is nice and I'd probably order again but better tracking communication would go a long way.
