I purchased a 5-piece BergHOFF knife set, and within just a few months, one of the knives snapped during normal use. That alone was disappointing enough. But what happened next was truly unbelievable.
When I contacted customer service with photos and proof of purchase, instead of standing by their so-called warranty, they suggested I had submitted the wrong knife. Honestly, how could any serious company think a customer would go out of their way to buy extra concave knives from other manufacturers just to file a warranty claim? The logic is beyond comprehension, and frankly insulting.
This is not how a company that claims integrity and reputation should treat its customers. The experience left me questioning whether BergHOFF takes its own products or its customers seriously.
Save yourself the frustration. I would strongly advise avoiding BergHOFF products.

Mauvaise batterie, de mauvaise qualité.
Service ne veut pas l'échanger car usure "normale" (la batterie n'a même pas durer 3 mois avec une recharge hebdomadaire...)

Een messenset besteld, maar deze is nooit aangekomen. Er wordt vanuit de koerier gevraagd informatie aan te leveren voor een onderzoek naar het pakket, maar zij werken daar niet aan mee. In de tussentijd zit ik te wachten op een pakket wat niet meer komen gaat.

I was a bit u sure about purchasing expensive pans but the sales person assured me they came with a lifetime guarantee so I purchased 2 pans and at first they were great but then one of them lost its non stick. Pan is useless now. I registered the lifetime warranty when I bought them so thought oh no problem. I contacted them to be told The warranty is not valid unless you ordered and bought online. £70 down the drain after 12 months

Very disappointed. Don’t believe in warranty. Purchased the pan on Home Show. Had all set of pans from the same company. I had warranty on product. The warranty is not valid unless there a visible problem with pan!?! Egg stick to it like glued. Problem even to wash it off. Absolutely disgraceful how the warranty is delt with- or scam warranty?. So- as we are happy with our products we more then generous to leave a great feedback. But when things go wrong - and I know is not that often- do not relay on the warranty- it is one big fraud. Wast of money. My Lidl old pan for job better at the moment. And is it worth the price- I thought yes but now I know is a one scam about warranty. So if you want to risk it - be sure you are on your own.
Company told me to send the item to them on my cost for examination if I want. So after spending a lot of money on product itself - you just spend more. Have fun. 👋 this is real person review.

Onlangs Berghoff Leo pannen gekocht omdat ze voordelig waren en er mooi uitzien. Na slechts 2 maand normaal gebruik zijn deze onherkenbaar vuil en lelijk geworden. De pan zelf is ook niet plat, de midden in de pan staat iets omhoog waardoor alle vetstof naar de zijkanten gaat.

Zoals vele hier ook aangeven, is de klantenservice abnormaal slecht! Ze zeggen ons leukweg dat we de pannen verkeerd gebruiken? Wat een onzin.

Koop niets van dit merk ook al lijkt het voordelig!

Ich habe am 29.05.2024 ein schwarzes Messer-Set von Berghoff über ZalandoLounge gekauft. Nach kurzer Zeit begannen die Messer zu rosten, obwohl sie angeblich aus rostfreiem Stahl gefertigt sind. Trotz meiner Bemühungen, die Flecken zu entfernen, konnte ich den Rost nicht beseitigen. Als ich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, wurde mir nur gesagt, dass es sich um Flugrost handle und ich die Messer reinigen solle.

Ich habe eine nagelneue Spülmaschine und andere Bestecke, die keinerlei Rost aufweisen. Der Kundenservice von Berghoff ist extrem unfreundlich und absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Anstatt mir eine zufriedenstellende Lösung anzubieten, wurde ich wiederholt abgewiesen und belehrt, dass ihre Produkte nicht rosten könnten.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität der Messer und der mangelhaften Reaktion des Kundenservices. Diese Erfahrung entspricht keineswegs dem Standard, den ich von einer renommierten Marke wie Berghoff erwartet hätte.

Ich kann Berghoff aufgrund dieser negativen Erfahrungen leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

I have Berghoff Leo frying pan purchased in TKMaxx. What a waste of money. Getting rid of it as everything sticks to it and it doesn't smell healthy.

Non stick pan chips off wooden spoons and was not non stick after a couppe of uses what a scam. So dissapointed

Dure messenset aangeschaft degelijke kwaliteit ( enk je ) nou vergeet het maar, roestplekjes onststaan op rvs mes, broodmes is doormidden gebroken, coulance van 0,0 echt heel slecht totaal niet begaan met klant, koop hier nooit meer iets wat een bagger !!!

Hopeloze brol, dat die pannen door de controle zijn geraakt is ongelooflijk. Het midden gedeelte van de pannen staat bol gevolg is dat de boter naar de zijkant van de pannen gaat.

NIETS VALT ONDER DE GARANTIE. Belachelijke klantenservice. Na 1 week roest onstaan bij roestvrije koksmessen. Na maandenlang discussie moest ik de messen opsturen en indien het geconstateerd zal worden dat de roest door vocht is onstaan, valt dit buiten de garantie. Kreeg een instructie van tientallen pagina’s. BIZAR. Koop hier NIETS, laatstaan garantie, als je het product je niet bevalt krijg je je geld ook niet terug.

Vierkante ovenschaal, na 1 maal in de oven gebruikt, nu al gebarsten.
Volgens Berghoff valt dit niet onder garantie.
Onder de ovenschaal staat dat deze geschikt is voor oven, magnetron en vaatwasser.
Dus de ovenschaal is dus niet geschikt voor de oven. Slechte zaak.
Mijn advies, deze ovenschalen van BERGHOFF niet aanschaffen.

Purchased a set of Leo pans and Wok to compliment my new kitchen but quality of pans are awful, with the base becoming detached from the pans, scratching my new induction hob, and non-stick lining discoloured. Customer Service UK appalling and of no help ( I can say the International division of customer service whom I initially contacted were more helpful). Customer Service UK have offered - as a gesture of goodwill ?!? - to replace pans but why would I want another set of pans that are not fit for purpose! I would prefer the cost of these awful pans returned. I advise all potential customers DO NOT BUY BERGHOFF !!

J'ai renvoyé un article pour remboursement à l'aide du bon de retour fourni, et après 2 mois sans nouvelle (après plusieurs mails restés sans réponse) je les appelle, et ils me disent qu' ils n'ont pas reçu le colis, et que pour m'aider, il faut que je leur donne le numéro du bon de retour. J'ai l'impression d'être dans "Brazil"!

Messerblock mit Messerset vor knapp 7 Monate gekauft und zerfallen schon. Sehr schlechte Qualität/Made in China Qualität. Kundenservice ist 0. Nie wieder!

Les prix affichés sont mensongés, ils ne servent juste qu à appâter les victimes.....53 chf pour un jouet, avec 53 chf de frais de livraison, plus 18 " d impots" ( une nouveauté ca visiblement....), très très très cher et manque cruel de transparence, comme s il y a une volonté de berner son prochain.....a fuir....et en plus, au vue des autres commentaires que je viens de découvrir en créant celui ci, cela me réconforte dans mon choix....puis une moyenne de 2....ya pas de fumer sans feu.....adieu
