Extremely disappointing and an absolute waste of money.

I paid over £400 for a set of Berghoff Eurocast pans at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show after being very impressed by the demonstration. They fried an egg with no oil or butter and it simply slid straight out of the pan. The pans looked substantial, felt heavy and were presented as a genuinely premium product.

Unfortunately, the reality has been completely different.

After only a few uses, the non-stick performance deteriorated significantly. I followed the care instructions meticulously. They have never been put in the dishwasher, have always been washed very gently, and I have never used metal utensils or anything that could damage the cooking surface.

Despite taking exceptional care of them, the coating has started peeling and pieces of it are actually coming away.

For pans costing in excess of £400, I think this is absolutely appalling.

What is particularly disappointing is that these are not solid ceramic pans. They are coated pans, and in my experience the coating is extremely poor quality and simply does not stand up to normal use.

They certainly sell themselves well in a demonstration. The pans look impressive, they feel heavy and expensive, and watching an egg slide around without any oil makes them appear fantastic. Unfortunately, that impressive demonstration bears very little resemblance to my experience of actually owning and using them.

I have had pans costing a tiny fraction of the price that have remained non-stick and lasted considerably longer.

In my experience, Berghoff Eurocast pans are massively overpriced for what they actually are. Paying over £400, I thought I was investing in a premium cookware set that would last for years. Instead, I have ended up with very expensive coated pans whose coating has failed after relatively little use.

I would absolutely not purchase Berghoff Eurocast pans again and could not recommend them. They may look and feel premium when they are being demonstrated, but based on my experience, the quality and durability of the coating are anything but premium.

A very expensive mistake.

We recently bought 3 pans from a agricultural show where BergHOFF were selling their products. The lady and gentleman who were doing the demonstration of their products were very good, and patient with us as we did not quite know what we wanted.
After arriving home, we found that 1 of the items had a missing part. I emailed the company, gave them a few specifics, and the company sent the missing item very quickly to us, with no questions asked! This kind of customer relations is amazing and will stick in our memories. Customer service like this should be praised. Their products are very good to, and we are very happy with our purchases. Thank you.

At first I thought these pans were quite expensive, but having visited the ideal home exhibition every year i thought about investing in a once and for all pot set. I'm so glad I did because they are my true and trusted pot sellers. They are always there for me which makes me feel I chose the best company. The customer service is second to none! Thank you China co. Keep up the good work.

These pans work . Bought these pans 2025 at Southport Flower show. We've been using the pans for 12 months now & they are the best pans we've ever had. The non stick claims are true, they need less heat, heat up evenly. Just brilliant !

I absolutely love my pans but unfortunately one of the handle knobs the plastic inside perished I contacted customer service and Jacquie was very helpful and sent out a replacement and it arrived very quickly one extremely happy customer.

I bought a set of pans at an RHS show, they are absolutely amazing! So easy to clean,non stick and removable handles make it so easy to transfer from hob to oven.

I have had these non stick pans for some years and I can honestly say they are brilliant, they really are non stick. My favourite is the sauté pan, I have used it every week and it has stood up to it. Being able to remove the handle is brilliant when you need to put it in the oven. Recently I thought it was looking a bit tired and contacted customer service and they have been incredibly helpful in suggestions on cleaning it up.

Started ordering from here as we have decided to upgrade our pan set and the pans are excellent quality. We had a bit of an issue with one delivery whereby the incorrect pan was delivered however, it was very quickly sorted with the excellent customer service that I received which kept me confident to keep ordering the rest of our set from there.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Purchased a £60 pan The leo -wok in Aug 25, within a few times of use it lost its nonstick. So I turned back to my denby pans which I've had for years without any issues.
I tried to make a complaint to berghoff which they requested my receipt and photos of inside and bottom of the pan. I could have cleaned up the pan spotless prior to pictures, but I had nothing to hide, just regular pan marks from occasionally using. So i
just left it the way it was not too bad whatsoever. But their excuse to back me off... is I've miss-used the pan telling me anything higher than a heat setting of 3 on a ceramic hob is too high for this pan. I probably use 5 /6 out of 9 on every thing I cook but hey I must be lieing. Because in ther opinion the bottom of pan is burnt due to overheating. Word of advice.. stick (no pun intended) with a superior brand i.e. Denby if you want what you pay for. Just avoid Berghoff. Same quality as a cheap supermarket pan for less than £10.

Sadly a review I wasn't wanting to write. I bought a 28cm non stick frying pan complete with glass lid at the ideal home exhibition. Something I had been coveting for a lifetime, having seen numerous demonstrations at Ideal Homes. The demos themselves are amazing and the things they can do with a non stick pan is incredible.
Sadly, you are not able to do this with the pan yourself, we couldn't make an omelette without it sticking, tried on numerous occasions using the guidance given and seasoning the pan correctly, not overheating etc.
Spent many hours discussing with customer service who basically just shrugged this off and told me the pan was intact and working as it should be. I can guarantee it does not, but the customer service here is most definitely that they are right and the customer is most definitely wrong. The pan was sent back without technical fault, I will donate to a worth cause and go back to using my 10 year old Creuset non stick frying pan to which an omelette does not stick at all.
I wholly recommend not buying non stick BergHOFF products and cannot express my dissatisfaction with customer service enough, stick with your old non stick pans.

Was very easy to order my product. Adviser was lovely. My frying pan arrived in very fast time. This is my 2nd frying pan, the first one lasted 11 years, so it all 'win win'.

I had a problem not finding instructions on how to fit the handle on the grill pan. Customer Services sent a video which explained it well. Pan now working fine.
