Unübersichtlich und überteuert.
Allein für Abholer sind die Parkgebühren völlig überzogenen. Ich hatte leider das Pech, das der Flug sich verspätet hat und dem entsprechend wurde ich zur Kasse gebeten. Es handelt sich hier nicht um ein oder zwei Euro hier wird in Zehner Schritten abgerechnet. Mit Kleingeld braucht man hier gar nicht erst anfangen.
Genauso die Parkgebühren für die Parkhäuser sind der Horror, wenn man günstiger am BER parken möchte, dann sind die Parkplätze soweit entfernt das man Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder ein Taxi nutzen muss.
Mein Fazit ich fliege von anderen Flughäfen.

Sehr unfreundliches und übergriffiges Personal.
Der Passagier bezahlt deren Löhne!!! Personal scheint aus unfähigen und einfachsten Arbeitnehmern zu bestehen. Eigentlich keinen Punkt, geht aber hier leider nicht.

Warum schließt Struktur Worte auf den sechziger Jahren gebaut Bausubstanz, IT Gepäck, Logistik und Brandschutz sind veraltet marode Kapazitätsmängel ursprüngliche Leute sie ja auf 25 Millionen Passagiere pro Jahr abfertigen das ist ne reine Lüge von der von den von der fbb bedeutet, mach wieder auf, Machpegel wieder auf. Bei Tegel kann man auf eine Kapazität bringen von 56 Milliarden Passagieren pro Jahr noch mal deutlich mehr als im am Schrott Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg, Willy Brandt fliegt diesen Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg Willy Brandt Flughafen, weil das Volk hat die Schnauze voll von diesen Lügen und Hinhalteparolen. Ja der Flughafen würde funktionieren Pustekuchen der funktioniert nicht.

Rolltreppen und Aufzüge zur DB außer Betrieb.
Schwere Koffer die Treppen hoch oder runterzuschleppen ,ist für einen Flughafen dieser Größe eine traurige Angelegenheit.

Wir haben unsere Enkelin in den Flughafen begleitet zu ihrem Abflug. Wir wollten ihren Abflug von der Zuschauerbereich beobachten. Wir waren 6 Personen und zu unserem Erstaunen werden dort pro Person 3 Euro fällig. In Frankfurt z. B. wird da nicht abkassiert. Die Toiletten sind sehr klein und die Herrentoitte war nicht betretbar weil sie total überschwemmt war. Nach langen suchen haben wir eine zweite Toilette gefunden im unteren Bereich über eine abgelegene Treppe nach unten. Da wünscht man sich den Flughafen in Tegel wieder. Den hätte man in Schönefeld vergrößert bauen sollen. Da war alles logisch und leicht erreichbar ohne abzocke.

Ich mag den Flughafen er ist auch vom design und der Architektur richtig gut geworden.

Die Gepäckausgabe ist eine einzige Katastrophe!!!! Keine Parkposition für das Flugzeug weil wir wohl noch gar nicht erwartet wurden. Und dann die Gepäckausgabe unfassbar, nach 10 min schon kamen die ersten Koffer ungefähr 20-30 dann einfach nichts mehr und das dann mehr als 30 min einfach ein leeres Band mit Leuten die sich mehr als verarscht vorkommen!!!!
Wenn ich die Bewertungen lese ist es eigentlich noch unglaublicher wie lange Leute das selbe bemängeln und nichts geändert wird

Das ist also der neueste und erwartungsgemäß modernste deutsche Flughafen? Oje. Da gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Gerade noch verwöhnt durch den Abflug in Stockholm suchen wir auf unserem Transfer nach Lademöglichkeiten für Rechner und Telefon… Immerhin war nach einiger Zeit ein USB- und ein USB C-Slot gefunden, normale Steckdosen sind (wie hier von anderen Passagieren schon oft bemängelt) Mangelware. Das war erst mal ein Punkt… das Gesamterlebnis steht noch aus. Wir erhoffen uns nicht viel (bisher wirkt alles etwas chaotisch und beliebig) aber vielleicht steht ja ein reibungsloser Ablauf bevor.

The most rude airport staff I ever encountered! First at SAS check-in where the lady with incredible arrogance explained to me like I was a complete idiot that the luggage tags are magnetic. It didn’t say and I haven’t seen it before.

Moving on to security even WORSE. The security lady verbally assaulted an elderly lady because she didn’t know how to put things in the trays. And even more abuse when she didn’t take her hat off ( the elderly lady was clearly very sick and she was bald and was shamed very loudly). I tried to ask the staff to be friendly and explai that not all are used to travelleing and got loud abuse as a response.

Finally found a kind of restaurant which seemed ok - not a nice selection of food places in the airport - aaaaaan they only took cash 😳 in 2026!!!

War in Ordnung aber die Warteschlangen waren nicht so toll

Warning to all passengers: if you feel airport staff in this airport talking bad about you behind your back, don’t even doubt as they actually do it!

I was just insulted today by Turkish-speaking security staff who assumed, based on my appearance(green eyes, light brown hair), that I would not understand Turkish.

I came to a scanner at the security check and after an unsuccessful attempt a man, operating it, said in turkish: “olmadı” =“it didn’t work” and without saying anything to me just waved me away to a security lady.

This security lady asked me if i prefer German or English language and i said: i prefer German.

Afterwards i was silently following her instructions in German as anyone would do during this simple and routine process. She asked me to raise my hands, turn around and raise my feet one by one, which i did as instructed.

During above procedure all of a sudden she told to her colleague: “Öküz bir kadin” = which means something like “uneducated stupid cow woman”. The other colleague asked: “hangi Kadin?” = “which woman?”. And she responded “bu” = “this one” pointing at me.

Insulting people thinking they would not understand when nowadays many people including myself speak 4-5 languages is as low and despicable as it only can be.

I can only imagine what all the other things are spoken there behind people’s backs. Besides calling someone a cow who is 1/2 of a size of the insulter is at least ridiculous.

I can only confirm that all the negative reviews for staff of this airport are fair and well deserved.

Avoid like the plague. As being a "Berliner" I am ashamed for this airport being associated with my City

Unfassbar langsam und jedes Mal eine extrem genervte Crew an der Abfertigung (inkl. Unangebrachte Sprüche). Arrogant und sich ihrer Dienstleistung kaum bewusst. Jeder andere Flughafen macht mehr Spaß. Schade.

Katastrophe, wie jedes Mal wenn ich fliegen muss und das vom Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg. 40min. im Flugzeug sitzen und den Start warten, da es keinen Push-Back Fahrzeug gibt. Immer wieder eine Enttäuschung. Blöd, dass man nicht aussuchen kann welcher Betreiber den Grossstadtflughafen leitet. Danke

Terrible, didn’t give us right information didn’t let us on for doing what they said

If you travel here from outside the EU don’t bother. Not a great way to start a weekend away getting thoroughly pissed off waiting over 2 hours for passport control, all the EU passport holders flew through. They had two few passport control agents and they were painfully slow and disappeared on frequent breaks, no sense of urgency at all. Our pre booked taxi left without us. I am never flying into Berlin airport again!!!! It says something when everyone seems to have the same issues. Berlin Airport, surely time to change the management at the top?

Bin heute von Malaga nach Berlin geflogen und habe 75 Minuten auf mein Gepäck gewartet. Der Flughafen Berlin ist der einzige weltweit, bei dem die Gepäckausgabe länger dauert als der Flug.

Since moment one you feel the racism and hate of the uneducated and good for nothing German people that work here. What a shame their employees (Germans who studied English in school) can’t even speak English or try to help. What did they do in school then? How can they get a job with that rude attitude? This airport should hire international and educated people because as we enter the capital city of Germany, the world sees this place as racist and lazy people who can’t even do their job.

Would give 0 Stars if possible. Long queues, rude staff, poor organisation, terrible security, non-existent passport control. If you ever want to visit Berlin, take the train. Better still don’t visit Berlin and spend your money at home, or burn your money, it will be more enjoyable.

Really long wait straight off the plane (T2) for passport control. Queue not moving at all for long periods. No staff available - didn’t see 1 single person to ask what was causing the hold-up all the time we were queuing and no toilets either. Self-registration for biometrics was a joke - most of the machines weren’t working then when you finally got to the desk, they did it again anyway. Nearly 2 hours to get out of the airport.
