Gerade das Gepäck aufgegeben,bei Eurowings, die Mitarbeiterin Ebru am Gepäckschalter war sooo nett. wir sind früher immer von Hamburg geflogen, aber wenn es möglich ist werden wir immer! Von Berlin fliegen, freundliches Personal und ganz bequem mit dem Parken

Wartezeit auf Gepäck über eine Stunde. Auf die Frage warum keine Information erfolgt war der Mitarbeiter sichtlich überfordert und zuckte nur mit den Schultern. Ein totaler Brandenburger Provinz Flughafen. Schrecklich! Schade dass es keine Alternativen mehr gibt.

Viel zu lange Wartezeit, Personal überfordert

Wieder Mal Schaft man es in Berlin nicht die Koffer vom Flugzeug aufs Band zu legen.1h Wartezeit ist inakzeptabel!!!!

Personal irrespetuoso, mal educado y con actitud agresiva e intimidatoria rayando al borde de la legalidad .
Y para colmo cuando consigues que llamen a la policia, se presenta una pareja que primero escuchan lo que les cuentan los de seguridad en Aleman, luego ni te preguntan por tu version, cuando preguntas si las camaras de seguridad, estan activas y han grabado lo ocurrido, se hacen los "Suecos". y finalmente, una vez les cuentas lo ocurrido, te dicen, que no les incumbe y se van.

Der infostand ist morgens um8.45 mehr als 20 Minuten unbesetzt . Keine Information , wann jemand kommt . Das ist für einen Hauptstadtflughafen untragbar !

Worst airport experience EVER! 😤 Only TWO immigration queues were open while the rest remained closed, leaving passengers stuck in ridiculously long lines. People were panicking, queues were piling up, and yet the immigration officers were casually eating cake, laughing, and working at their own pace. Even passport stamping was happening in slow motion.

And don’t even get me started on the lack of support for families! Despite travelling with a toddler, there was no assistance or priority given to families like ours. The only families being accommodated were EU and German families, while everyone else was left to fend for themselves.

Meanwhile, passengers were stressed, exhausted, and completely helpless. Absolutely ridiculous and an experience I never want to go through again! 🤦🏻‍♀️😤

3 hours to get through passport control, extremely poor communication from staff. Worst airport experience I've ever had.

The experience at Berlin airport has been atrocious both entering and leaving. The queue on arrival was long with every person having to fingerprint and photograph (it’s supposed to be an eu system where you visit one country and then don’t do it again but it’s all lies) eu passports straight through but the Brexit British are being punished all these years later. Took an hour to get through but later flights took 2-3 hours. Leaving had been stressful and was worse. Our flight was at 6 and arrived in good time for Ryanair to Stansted . Then security . 2 staff on Eu passports and 2 staff on non eu which dropped to one staff as the other was off shift and disappeared . God knows what they were doing . Photos fingerprints again (for what exactly ?) our flight was leaving in 35 minutes but security on eu passports u helpful and merely said everyone wants to go to the Uk. I wonder why ? Fast forward we missed the flight with 30 other passengers 😡😡😡. Did anyone care ? Nein! Did anyone take responsibility? Nein. Absolute disgrace. 100 euros each to rebook as gate closed 20 mins before flight and it was exactly 20 minutes. Thankfully it’s the last visit ever to Germany. Never again.

I will actively seek out other airports when visiting Berlin.
Even if I have to travel 3 hours by train and pay 200€ - it's worth not looking at or talking to the disgustingly rude, insolent, contumelious and downright abusive staff at this horrible horrible airport

Truely ridiculous waiting times for passport control. If you put in additional security requirements you need to have the infrastructure to deal with it

Der Flughafen mit den dreckigsten Toiletten, die ich jemals gesehen habe. Ein Saustall.

Was für ein Loch. Was für eine Garage. Ich bin allein dieses Jahr 22 mal geflogen. Nirgends auf der Welt dauert Aufgabegepäck so lange

No hay para cargar el móvil, nunca funciona, ni los enchufes.

Vi skulle sette inn en rullestol og få den byttet med en annen. Vi måtte stå å vente i over 1,5 time uten å få ordnet det. Det var lite hjelp og de som satt bak «kassen» satt bare og tullet. Svært uhøflige(de fleste ikke alle). Det er flere og flere som kommer etter oss og de for hjelp med en gang. Er på tur med flere klasser og alle har gått inn. Redd for å ikke rekke flyet.

Dreadful experience both arriving and departing via this airport. Upon on arrival the queue to get through passport control was almost 2 hours with no apologies or updates. Only two airport staff checking non EU passports and seemingly keeping waiting around 10 to 15 mins per person at the desk....just staring at computer screens. Goodness I would never bring a child here!

And the departure....we arrived in plenty of time for our departing flight, checked the bag in, the staff ushered us to terminal 2 saying the queues were too big in our terminal 1. We were told it was quicker security....although then when we got through terminal 2 its was 45 min walk to our gate. Arrived at our gate, and was huge lengthly queues for passport control, again with limited staff and taking ages per person, our flight was due to depart and they wouldn't let us through. Got to our gate, and Easyjet had just closed it. Told there was nothing we could do, yet, the bridge was still connected to our flight. We then had to wait for our bags to be removed from the plane. About 20 people missed that flight because of their stupid pathetic systems. No help from airport staff or understanding, just shrugged shoulders and walked off. Didnt even tell us where our bags would go.

Had to buy a flight to Frankfurt to Manchester. And Frankfurt by comparison was a lovely seamless process.

Berlin airport.... whoever is managing this airport needs sacking!!

Worst experience ever.

The worst airport staff in the world. I have been avoiding BER for years and after today’s experience I will go through any length to never travel from Berlin again. I can’t understand how these people keep their jobs. They rude obnoxious bored arrogant unhelpful and generally offended at the idea of work. God forbid actually help the travellers. It’s not an airport it’s decades long embarrassment
