We booked a 3 week South East Asia trip with Best Price Travel and it was awesome. Our contact Rosie Nhung was detailed, patient and kind and put together a perfect itinerary catered to what we were looking for. Everything went flawlessly- internal flights, transfers, drivers, guides, hotels and tours were all top notch.

The whole tour from start to finish was excellent - the organisation was flawless, all pick ups and transfers were on time, communication was great, food was fab, the hotels were of 5 star quality and the tour guides were so knowledgeable with Lin, Tom and Suy being of worthy mention

Mia was responsive and communicative and ensured we had all the important details, such as the driver info and exact pickup/drop off times. Mia also checked in with us throughout our trip to ensure things were going well. When I mixed up our dates, Mia promptly responded and made sure we had the correct information. She help us to pick a nice trip that fit perfectly for us and also helped us to get a tickets to flight

We were on a 2-day 1-night trip to Bai tu long Bay, organized by Janet and Mr. Morning as tour guides. Our expectations regarding organization, the course of the excursion, but also in terms of room and board exceeded our expectations. Many thanks at this point to the ship's crew. We will be happy to recommend this trip to our friends.

We booked one day Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta river-1 day- and it was top. We paid about 50$ per person and in the morning we went to the tunnels and in the afternoon, after lunch, to the Delta River. The organisation was great thank to Janet and our guide Kim was friendly and professional. Recommend!

Mia was extremely kind and professional throughout the entire process and carefully listened and acted upon all my countless requests and questions. Having a disability can be quite daunting, but Mia made sure that all my needs were met. She communicated efficiently with the Elite of the Seas cruise to make sure they had all arrangements in place and if she was unsure about something she communicated this and further inquired about it.
She also arranged for my partner's birthday celebration, while on board.

All in all it was just a wonderful experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you Mia, for making it possible!

I would highly recommend to anyone who first time visit Hanoi,wants to take the stress out of organising all the sightseeing, cruise, transfers and hotels. The service they provide is really Top-notch!! Planning stage with Ms Haley was very fast in answering our questions and she plan an individual program according to our wishes where her experience was very helpful and comfortable!! During the trip she’s even stayed in contact with us to give us a very comfortable feeling. We spent 9 fabulous days Hanoi, Sapa and Halong Bay in Vietnam with the help of BestPrice Travel Hanoi. It was our first time using a BestPrice travel. Our consultant,Anna did a great job in organizing our trip. She was on call 24/7 if we ever wanted to contact her. The guides and drivers were excellent. We saw and learned so much. It was amazing. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing experience we had using BestPrice Travel to tour Vietnam and Cambodia! Everything ran like clockwork, drivers were always there to meet us and guides spoke good English.

Our agent Janet was always immediately responsive, including when we got stuck in an elevator and the phone inside didn’t work! She immediately answered our text from inside and called the hotel to assist us. She even insisted they send us a letter of apology! Her commitment to service is exemplary.

Great experience. Janet was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and provided clear instructions. Comfortable cars as well.

Very poor communication from best price travel resulted in over payment despite request for cancellation of small group tour via email within required cancellation timeframe.

Very difficult language barrier resulting in best price travel agreeing to return transport to airport. However within 12 hours of cruise, email stating additional fee required. I requested cancellation of round trip transport due to inability to provide round trip service. Best price travel stated Late cancelation resulting in loss of refund. Despite email evidence of conversation of transport requirements, best price travel inadequate comprehension of English resulted in stress and anxiety before a family holding and loss of 160US.

Would not recommend best price travel at all!

I booked best price travel last year to book a three week stay in vietnam and cambodia for Jan 2025, from moment i booked my trip everything was handled perfectly when i emailed any questions etc was answered promptly
Everyone I met on tour was lovely_ only slight disappoinrment would have liked to have stayed with same group however this was due to other peoples plan etc so not really related to best price travel.
Trip itself was amazing and everything was handled so well, i travelled solo and did not have to worry about anything everything was booked and tours were very enjoyable and informative, Hang Moon checked in with me reguarly and I had a few requests during trip which were handled so well
