Great service

1 week of use and I’m seeing results

Order shipped and arrived quickly. I loved that I was able to use my HSA card directly on the website, instead of having to pay out of my pocket and then get reimbursed.

As for the product itself, I’ve only had it for about a week, but I’ve been using it 15 minutes a day first thing in the morning. What I’ve noticed so far is less brain fog, less “need” for caffeine to get going in the morning, and it seems to help my daily headaches clear up much faster. So far I’m liking the results. Hoping with more time I notice my chronic joint pain will also lessen.

Awesome customer service!

My son got me the Redot M for Xmas 2024 and I use it 2-3 times a day. I love it and it really helps my achy lower back. Last week it stopped working. After going to the website, and following instructions, it seemed like the controller was bad. I contacted the company and was astonished that I got an email back in 20 minutes. After supplying an order number and creating a short video of the issue as requested, they confirmed my thoughts and send out a replacement controller. It does have a 2 year warranty (plus another year if I registered with an order number but I didn’t have it at the time as it was a gift), but the prompt replies are unheard of these days. Talk about great customer service! Thank you everyone at Bestqool, you guys are awesome and I can’t thank you enough!

I was able to purchase through my HSA…

I was able to purchase through my HSA account it was smooth and the delivery was quick and arrived before originally stated. That was great since I was really excited about starting to use it.

I have just started using it so I can't speak to the benefits of it but am really looking forward to seeing and feeling the benefits.

Very satisfied

I am very satisfied with this red light therapy lamp. The product arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was excellent. They were kind, responsive, and provided clear and thorough answers to all my questions. Overall, a great purchasing experience and a product that meets expectations.

The product was delivered without an instruction manual. Similar budget-friendly item can be sourced from China, retailing for approximately $15 USD on platforms such as Pinduoduo (PDD).

How are you guys a 4.5 star? My friends ordered a red light and it’s been over a month since they’ve seen it. This is my second poor review and everything else I read sucks. Weird.

Hi there — we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Canada shipments can sometimes take longer than expected due to cross-border transit and customs, but waiting over a month is not the experience we want anyone to have.
If your friend can contact our support team and share the order number (or the email used at checkout), we’ll immediately check the tracking with the carrier and confirm what happened. If the package is delayed or lost, we can assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Regarding your own order to Canada: we’re glad it has been delivered. We also followed up with you after delivery but didn’t hear back. If you’d like to arrange a return or need any other support, please message us anytime — we’ll be happy to help.

Bestqool customer service is terrible!

Bestqool customer service is very poor. When the package was clearly lost in shipping the company refused to send a replacement in a timely manner. I still have not received a replacement after numerous email requests. I was told that I had to wait two weeks before a replacement would be sent and I would have to make a 50% deposit for another panel when I had already paid in full! They backed off on the deposit after I protested however I still haven't received my order. Horrendous customer service! I do not recommend buying from this company!
Update: Bestqool did eventually ship a replacement panel after additional email complaints. Panel works well thus far. I still have a stand that is a pre-order that is supposed to be shipped early February. I must admit I'm apprehensive about receiving it in a timely manner after my first experience. Bestqool offered me $20 to remove my review which I think is rather shady on their part. I declined the bribe.

The deposit mentioned was a temporary measure, refundable once the lost-package claim was confirmed. We shipped the replacement immediately once the status was verified.
