Customer service is excellent and they had a quick response when shipping me a warranty replacement unit; some of the light strips had quit working.
I have several issues surrounding chronic pain, along with genetic conditions that cause daily pain & inflammation. I utilize my Bestqool belt multiple times a day on different parts of my body.
Red light therapy has been one of my first go-to's for pain management for 10+ yrs, for treatment of neuropathy & CRPS Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, to joint & tissue pain from hEDS Hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome; a connective tissue disorder and it even helps with my bladder pain from Interstitial Cystitis.
When my previous brand of infrared light therapy was no longer being made, I had to search for another brand. I gave one a try, but when I needed an additional unit, I found their cost had skyrocketed. After reading many reviews, looking the fact I can use it on-the-go to, and finding their price in my budget, I was comfortable giving Bestqool a try and they have not disappointed!

Very pleased with purchase. Well made. Helpful customer service. I selected this model as it has the full range of LED colors including near infra red. Too soon to report results, but I enjoy relaxing while using this mask.

The product came damaged with some light bulbs not working.

Bestqool fixed it and returned it back to me after 2 weeks. It's working fine so far.

Broke after a month of use. Remote failed and while they offered a replacement it has taken a long time to arrive. Customer service was not great. Very low confidence that a replacement remote will last longer than a month. Since the Bestqool team could not offer any explanation for the early failure.

Love my red light mat. I received it so quickly and it has really worked to reduce pain in my knees and back. Consistency is key though. I use it from 3-7 times a week every week!
Great customer service too.
I think the electronic power adaptor could be made a bit higher quality and sturdy but that would be my only suggestion.

1. It’s not the product but the arrangement is unacceptable. I paid for shipping but they sent the mat to me via Canada Post The mail company was already on strike for 3 days when I placed my order on the internet on the 18th, the first day of their Black Friday promotion.
2. I waited over a month and requested them to send me another mat via other delivery companies. They declined and asked me to wait for my order as the strike suspended on Dec 17th. The other clients started to receive their order. OK, I’m fine to wait.
3. Suddenly one day in early January, I received another email informing me an order from the company is on the way. Good that I got my mat a few days later. Thank you. However, I also received the mat sent in November. The customer service asked me to pay all costs upfront to return the mat and refund me the cost afterwards. However, I didn’t agree this arrangement. I accepted to wait for my November shipping to arrive. I’ll wait for a return label to ship back the mat.
No wonder the company service is really good and I truly appreciate it for sending over a second mat which came directly to my door. It's just that the arrangement looked confusing on my end.

Very long delay in shipping but company communicated clearly about it and the reasons for it, which were beyond their control. Refunded 10% as compensation. When item did arrive, it was missing the plug/cable. Company sent that out promptly once I communicated it was missing. Product is solid so far.

We had some issues with the shipping and the item made it late but custom Services are top notch! They gave me enough options for them to make it right! We family received the item and the quality of top of the line! Were very happy with our purchase and the company customer support!

So far so good. The forehead used to be dry and flaky. After using the Pro300 for near 2 weeks. The forehead is no longer dry and flaky. Will update more later.
