I ordered Dec 7th and still have not…

I ordered Dec 7th and still have not even received a shipment date. I understand during the holidays orders can take longer, but tell your customers that then. To go 20 days without a shipment date or any email updating me on the order Is extremely annoying and honestly had me questioning if this is a legit company. I wouldn't order from them again.

The device is of high quality and…

The device is of high quality and shipped in a secure box. The company will answer your questions in e mails for your concerns having said that red light therapy s not for me. My fair complexion and or age(67) makes me feel very tired and irritated, once I did a few treatments things are not right with my health. I am not an expert but I can tell this is not for me.thank you.

I placed a Christmas order on December…

I placed a Christmas order on December 8, 2024. The website stated shipping was within five-eight days. It is December 22, 2024, and the ordered item has not been shipped. I have emailed requesting a refund. I will order from elsewhere! Order #4922

Unless you overnight it to me to be received no later than December 24, 2024, just cancel my order!

Impressive company

This is a great product backed by a great company. After doing research on red light therapy, I chose Bestqool 150 from the reviews and what it had to offer. Super easy to use. (I like easy) A manual comes with the product. I enjoyed reading on how the company started. The product was packaged very securely. I just received it last week, so of course I am unable to express any results. But I am impressed so far.

Great Customer Service & Good Quality Product

Customer Service:-
I reached out to their CS team through Whatsapp with questions several times before my purchase, not only they responded promptly but also gave useful feedback and follow upped my case very quickly. This is one of the reason why I made my purchase with Bestqool even though I found an other company offers almost the same model with at a cheaper price.

PDT LED light therapy machine:-
The delivery was surprisingly quick (2 days), guess because it was shipped from their China factory and I am living in Asia. The machine was well and securely packed in its box, the machine itself is light and well made, even though the shell is plastic but the quality seems good. The machine has different light mode, I mainly use NIR+red; did try the red+green mode, but because it alternates between the 2 colour lights (3 sec each, which is also stated in their website) instead of shining the 2 colour-lights at the same time, so I did feel a little uncomfortable even trying to shield the light from my eyes with the eye protection goggles that comes with the machine (this is why I am giving this a 4 stars instead of a 5 stars). Then again, I mainly use the NIR+red, so it doesn't bother me too much. I only had the machine for around 2 weeks, so haven't been seeing much result on my skin yet, but there's improvement in the joint pain.

Overall I am happy with the product so far, and the interaction & purchase experience with the company was pleasant.

Effective red light therapy mat

I love my red light mat! I used to use the red light booth at Planet Fitness and this is far better and more like the red light therapy at iCRYO. This mat is very effective and worth every penny spent.

Terrible customer service.

I ordered the Pro300 just before December, but when I received it a week later and opened the box, I could see that approximately 15-20 of the LED diffusers had fallen off (not sure if it was due to poor quality (it is Chinese made after all) or if the UPS guy dropped it really hard). When I asked for a replacement I was told I could only get a refund. When I checked the website, I noticed that Bestqool had raised the price by $180 since I had ordered it. So instead of sending me a replacement they wanted to screw someone else out of an extra $180 during the Christmas shopping season. Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like corporate greed.

Was disappointed at first but....

Was disappointed at first when the unit will not power up upon arrival but after dealing with Andy from customer support, everything got sorted out in a timely manner and to the satisfaction to both parties. Can't comment too much on the product since only using it for less than a week.

Fast response and helpful

After 4 conversations at different times, these service reps are phenomenal, always responding in 24 hours, and always giving good advice, and very patient with me, a 78 year old customer. Not only is the product superb, but the service is as well!
And I am so impressed with the quality of Bestqool, that my two daughters are each getting a redot L mat for Christmas!

Changed my life

Wow! It’s really an amazing device, been using it for almost a year. Great results when it comes to scare removals, boost of energy “Don’t do it before sleep :)” it helped my muscle growth, stopped my hair loss and overall health

Excellent for younger and older people

My mom and I have been used the Pro100 for few days but it seems it works super well, she is 78 and she has slept well, her back pain has been lower and she is with more energy day by day

Love my product but very disappointed I did not receive a owners manual which was to be included only help,I got was a pdf to download that’s not what I want I expected the actual Manuel provided to me so I hope customer service will still mail me the actual manual that was part of what I ordered and paid for
