It's nice when things are a great…
It's nice when things are a great product meets great price. It's satisfying. I got my red light used and it came in great condition. Couldn't tell it was even in used condition. I have been using it 3 days a week and after each use my skin thanks me. I know the results will show up over time but its nice to have a skin treatment feel better than when it was finished.
I find bestqool's red light therapy to be the best in the business. On par with professional services.

Me and my family have been using it for more then 3 months now, it shows sufficient effects especially on pain areas, or whenever we are suffering from digestion system discomfort, tummy-ache etc. It also helps for speeding up the recovery from catching a cold.i highly recommend this product, and very much appreciated of their excellent customer service, thank you!

The perfect first red light! I want to save for a bigger one as I see the results already. My skin tone is evening out, I sleep better and my fine lines are subsiding! I highly recommend this quality product!

I don't like the plastic covering on it and size!
I don't like the plastic covering on the lights, causes sweating...,
** I have to figure on my own how it works because the manual is terrible for giving instructions.
** It should not be as long as it is, it could be shorter on the sides and have extension belts on the sides to make it longer if needed.
** The design is bad for a smaller device. I have a smaller Bestqool pad and it is only the pad and not all that extra side belting. Some of my lights are worn out. We bought 2 and really like it but only last a year.
** BestQool does not have a very good selection.

The plastic covering is designed to protect the lamp beads from damage and prevent moisture from entering, while also softening the light to avoid harsh glare. And your suggestion for adjustable belts has been noted and will be considered for future designs.

Fabulous company - brilliant communications and customer service
Communication from this company was first class. Owen kept me in touch with anticipated delivery times and addressed any concerns efficiently and quickly.
My son has used the red light and it certainly seems to be having a positive effect on his well being and calming his TSW symptoms.

I am getting noticed. I can see from my pictures it’s working. I go to the Gym I get looked at by very young women.
Some women in Facebook are Celebrities online now and want to talk me at first I thought it was fake but once they proved it was them. I was shocked.
