Habe 2019 ein Gaming Laptop bei Schenker gekauft und dabei bewusst auf `Made in Germany`geachtet. Nun hatte das Gerät ein Temperaturproblem, weshalb ich das Teil nach Leipzig zur Nachschau geschickt habe. Ergebnis: nur mit einem sehr hohen dreistelligen Betrag könnte das Gerät repariert werden. SCHOCK. Eine Nacht drüber geschlafen und dann mit einem der besten Mitarbeiter der Fa. Schenker gechattet. Dann kam auf meine Frage die Antwort, dass sich diese Reparatur nicht mehr lohnen würde. Insgeheim hatte ich mich auch schon dafür entschieden. So eine ehrliche Antwort habe ich in Zeiten der `Gewinn-optimierung` nicht erwartet. Innerhalb der 49,-€ Pauschale erhielt mein Laptop ein Check Up: Reinigung, Generalüberholung, neue Wärmeleitpaste usw. Auf Kulanz wurde sogar noch ein USB-Anschluss ersetzt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Service und Mitarbeiterkontakt waren sehr gut. Mit kleinen Abstrichen läuft mein Laptop wieder einwandfrei. Die Wartezeit reicht aus, bis ich mir bei der Fa. Schenker einen neuen Laptop kaufen werde. Aber ich warte erst mal die nächste Gas- und Stromrechnung ab......

I would like to thank Bestware.com for his best rma service,i bought from there a Pico Neo 3 Link and it stopped working after 18 days,so i emailed them for RMA.
They are professional,they responded fast and gave me an Rma Number and a Free return to themselves courier service(ok the courier was not the best but it made the job).

Mir war bei meinem Laptop eine Tastaturkappe kaputt gegangen. Eine kurze Mail an den Support und wenige Tage später hatte ich eine neue Tastaturkappe in der Post. Sehr schneller und guter Service! Dankeschön!

I bought a XMG Fusion 15 online in 2019. It's been working perfectly ever since. The support has been wonderful and it gets regular updates, fixing bugs and bringing nice additional features. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Wartezeiten waren okay, öfters 10 Minuten.
Der Support war in 4/5 Anrufen super nett und verständlich, nur bein einem war der Support okay (was ja immernoch akzeptabel ist).
Mein Problem wurde eingesehen und eine Reparatur wurde angeboten. Leider hat die Reparatur 3 Wochen gebraucht, was aber okay ist.

Laptop-Rearatur + Upgrade

Mein 4 Jahre altes Notebook hatte leider einen Kabelbruch, den ich vor Ort in Leipzig reparieren lassen wollte. Dank des sehr kompetenten Kundenservices von Schenker Technologies war dies nach kurzer unkomplizierter telefonischer Rücksprache ohne Probleme möglich. Bei der Gelegenheit wurde auch gleich mein RAM wie gewünscht aufgerüstet und eine Reinigung war ebenfalls im Service inbegriffen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket: sehr gutes Gerät und hervorragender freundlicher Service!

Vielen Dank - ich freue mich schon auf mein nächstes Gerät von Bestware!!!

Low quality

Laptop breaks often, mostly disks and is generally unreliable totally break down after a year. Customer service is also horrible waited 3 days to get response.

Nachdem mein erster xmg seinen Geist nach 12 Jahren aufgegeben hat kaufte ich mir einen anderen Laptop. Dieser gab sein Geist nach 3,5 Jahren auf und somit habe ich nun am 14 07.2022 einen neuen XMG Fokus 17 bestellt. Laut Mail wird er Ende dieser Woche versendet wenn alles gut geht. Werde schreiben wenn ich ihn zu Hause habe. Bis jetzt waren alle Mitarbeiter die ich gesprochen habe nett und kompetent.

Heute 21.07.2022 wurde mir per Email mitgeteilt das alles fertig ist und er in den Versand geht. Laut DHL kommt er morgen an.

Wie angekündigt heute am 22.07.2022 bei mir angekommen. Danke bestware

Ich habe den Laptop (XMG NEO 15) für im Auftrag eines Kollegen gekauft und eingerichtet.

Von der Konfiguration, Bestellabwicklung bis hin zur Einfuhrabwicklung und Lieferung in die Schweiz bin ich voll zufrieden.

Die Verarbeitungsqualität und Leistung des Laptops ist hervorragend. Die optionale Wasserkühlung ist kinderleicht einzurichten und kühlt wunderbar!

Der Laptop wurde ohne vorinstalliertes Windows bestellt. Es wurde dafür sogar ein USB-Stick mit allen nötigen Driver mitgeliefert.

Ich bin begeistert vom Produkt und werde mir als Nächstes einen eigenen Laptop von XMG zulegen.

Alles in allem hatte ich echt den Eindruck, ein Produkt "made in Germany" in den Händen zu halten.

Wir haben 2020 einen Laptop gekauft und wurden bereits hier von den Mitarbeitern bestens beraten und bis zum Abschluss des Kaufs betreut.
Jetzt trat ein Problem auf und auch hier sprang der Support sofort mit einer hohen Fachkompetenz und super netten Mitarbeitern ein um das Problem für zns so optimal wie möglich inbkürzester Zeit zu beheben. Ich denke dieser Service stellt ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal in dieser Branche dar. Daher kann ich diese Firms nur bestens weiterempfehlen.

The 3 starts are for the Hotline and the support. for the product, I wish I could give 0 stars.

So long story short they sent me a new product in 2022 after my complaints. I have been using that laptop for some time a month or 2 then suddenly the same problem that the pc was not starting happened.
I sent them back the laptop, this time they took 4 weeks to repair the laptop and sent it back to me. (Imagine you are a software engineer and you don't have your laptop with you for 4 weeks. :D )
after repairing the laptop I joined a new job and they gave me a new laptop so I haven't used the XMG Laptop for almost a year. it was laying on my desk and I maybe used it 2 or 3 times in the span of the last 9 months.
and these 3 times I only used it to transfer photos from my phone to my laptop and do some internet browsing. not heavy computing or anything.
but yesterday I noticed that clones of my application icons are visible on my screen all the time. the same problem existed with the laptop they changed for me.

now I am so tired of sending the laptop back and forth so I may use it as long as it is working but then threw it away.

my advice go for something stable and already tested. this was my first and last experience with trying something new.

I DON'T RECOMMEND XMG. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I was astonished by their customer service. I mean they are amazing. they listen to you and try to find a solution to your problem. Salute to their customer service. I have been in contact with many other customer services but they always lack warmth and understanding but XMG is the opposite. XMG value their customers that's one thing I can say for sure, And I am totally happy with their work. Since my laptop was defective they send me a new one. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of their customer service and the way they dealt with my problem. I hope the laptop they sent me will work for me. I really appreciate all your hard work.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought XMG CORE 15 on 23. February 2022 and I received it 3 weeks later, I noticed the first defect exactly after almost 3 weeks of use on my display. I contacted the hotline and they told me to send it back so they can repair it. After sending the laptop to them, they fixed the display problem and sent back the laptop to me. When I turned on the laptop the screen issue was no longer there but after about 10 minutes suddenly Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working as my mouse and keyboard disconnected from the laptop. I contacted the hotline again, they asked me to send them the laptop back once again which was really frustrating for me at that point. As I am freelancing as a web developer and Laptop plays an essential role in my time and income. Nevertheless, I sent them the laptop one more time. When I received it, the WIFI and Bluetooth problem was resolved. I started using the laptop as usual, but after almost 6 hours of use, I shut it down after a Windows update. After several hours when I wanted to use my laptop, I pressed the power button the XMG logo appeared, and exactly after 2 to 3 seconds, it restarted again. it continues happening like that every time I want to start it. I am really frustrated at this point, and I really want a refund at this point. I am contacting the hotline tomorrow and I hope they understand my problem and come up with a more logical solution, as I don't want to get into the loop of repairing the laptop every week.
