The delivery was what I ordered - no problems. The only problem was trying to purchase 2 different shirts on one order ! = I wasn't allowed that access.

The delivery is on time, it keeps you dry all day long, one thing I complain about is the zipper pull, both easily cracked, but other than that I have no complaint.

Good quality products
Both the boots and pants are excellent. Boots are light while still being pretty warm and fit well. They are a touch narrow for my foot but they will work. The order did take 8 (working days) to be delivered so just keep that in mind if you need new boots in a couple of days.

Mike – Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're really pleased to hear you're happy with both the boots and pants!
I also took a look into the delivery timeframe, as 8 working days is well outside the service we aim to provide. Our standard delivery to the South Island is typically around 2 working days, plus an extra day for rural delivery.
Looking into your order, it appears it was dispatched during the ferry disruptions that affected services on 6–8 July, and this was then followed by the public holiday on 10 July, which unfortunately added further delays to the courier network.
While these circumstances were outside of our control, we completely understand that the wait was frustrating. We appreciate your patience and your support to Betacraft.
Quick and fast delivery

Thanks for your review, Tessa. We're pleased to hear you think the gear is great, but we're sorry to hear that you seem to be experiencing an issue with the leg zips leaking
We haven’t made any recent changes to the leg zips, and this certainly isn't something that should be happening. We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and get it sorted for you.
Please reach out to our team at support@betacraftworkwear.com with your details, and we’ll be happy to help.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Nice gumboots
Nice gumboots. fairly light and comfortable to wear and keep your feet surprisingly warm. some insoles would probably make them a bit nicer. I wanted some gumboots that were comfortable to wear for walking long distance putting up cattle hot wires and so far have been pretty pleased with my purchase. dispatch was pretty prompt too. Cheers.

My husband would like the cord in pants to be abit longer to be able to tie proper knot Apart from that Perfect Would and have recommended your products
