Just an experience that wasn't very good ordered item followed up with an email a week later I was told order will ship in 1-3 days 5 days later followed up with another email and 2days later order was refunded comms could do with an improvement

Not only are the clothes expensive but the shipping is also expensive and takes forever. After a week from placing my order, my order did not progress therefore I followed up with the customer service team who was great. The customer service person I had was Kylie and she replied to me within a 1 - 2 hours apologising for the delay and following up on an update for me. Finally the next day I was notified that 1 out of 2 of my items had been sold out so I was getting a refund and a voucher. However I only wanted both of the items and when I asked if I could return the other item and have a refund, she again responded to me within an hour, apologising again and giving me my refund.

Though I didn’t get my items, I’m glad I was able to get a full refund without the hassle of going back and forth.

I’ve been supporting YouKnow Clothing since day one and have been buying their gear for everyone in my household ever since their very first hoodie release.

The quality, fit and designs have always been on point, but what I love most is how the brand has continued to grow while still keeping that authentic feel. At this point, it’s basically become the go-to clothing brand for my whole family.

Big respect to the team — genuinely one of my favourite NZ brands. Can’t wait to see what comes next! 🔥

The worst customer service, delayed responses, lack of information of timeframe in dispatching items, partial refunds after 15days of ordering, bot responses.

These are huge redflags for a business that should be well and truly established, instead you feel like your dealing with a content creator who started thier business on sharing to buy sell and trade fb pages. Big names associated with this brand but obviously a after thought and more of a investment. I've read the reviews and the issues go back years, even temu have better statistics. I ordered online for the first time (iv shopped instore sylvia park) and that experience was enough to make it my last. I dont support businesses that have no real need for customer sarisfactory. Take this review as you will but i would suggest shopping elsewhere theres alot of brands that offer better quality and experience.

Shein quality! Poorly made, bad sizing, which is odd as I buy from so many different brands but have never had this experience.

The quality isn’t as good as it used to be, you pay $109 for a hoodie and it feels like it came from shein. You’re pretty much just paying for the brand name.

They’re making good sizing fits for bigger people, appreciate the customer service too. Not pushy and are friendly.
