Better Batt kept us in the loop with our order from the moment we ordered to the time we actually received the order. Excellent service.

I placed an order on Friday before 12pm (20/5) The delivery was supposed to arrive next business day (that would be Monday).

It didn’t arrive until 12pm Thursday. As I wasn’t home, the driver took it to the post office with advice that it won’t be ready for collection until Friday (27/6).

I would have been better (and a damned sight faster) to buy from a big chain store 5 minutes away. Serves me right for trying to support local small businesses.

And before you say it was not your problem, if you order before 3pm (which I did) he pickup should be Monday. The pickup wasn’t done until Wednesday!

NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I was truly impressed with Better Batt (Shine) and to the extent I felt genuinely cared for as a customer. The communication was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely look to Better Batt for all relevant needs in future (and will spread the word), because I experienced such wonderful personal service. Thank you so much Shine.

I placed an order with Better Batt and then saw that my address had added unnecessary, outdated directions, on the order I had placed. I emailed Better Batt straight away and my address was corrected immediately. My order arrived very quickly, which was excellent. The whole transaction could not have been easier or more efficient. Thank you Better Batt - very impressive.

Ordered a Deebot X1 Battery from them.

After I placed the order, I got an email from Sunshine Hiwatig stating that the shipping will be delayed by 30 days, and asked whether I would still want to proceed with the order. I am in Western Australia, and I've become used to delayed Shipping.

Even though they stated it will be delayed, it only took 15 Days for delivery, so to my surprise it was much quicker than anticipated.

I've had the opposite from so many companies shipping to WA. You know the ones going it will take 10 days, and it ends up taking 30 days or more. So refreshing that these guys under-promised and over-delivered.

I received a faulty battery for a ring stick up cam which was not charging because of the charging port was loose. I explained it to the Better Batt team and I was sent a replacement the very next day! Very happy with the customer support from Hanshaine and Elcana. Thank you!

Han provides proactive customer service on a level I have honestly never experienced before! I ordered the wrong batteries but Han made it so easy to return the order and she ensured that I ordered the correct ones. She followed up with calls and emails. I was away for several months overseas before I could return the order. Han contacted me when I returned to help me with the return. Exemplary service. Thanks Han. This is how businesses should treat their customers. You have a lifelong customer now.

Better Batt where a pleasure to dealt with. Elcana was responsive with communication, extremely helpful and professional at all times. Better Batt managed a return and refund for me promptly and made the transaction seamless. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Even though it took a while to deliver the battery I needed (it was for an old device, so I'm pretty happy they had it at all), Better Batt communicated with me on the progress of the order every step of the way. This is fantastic customer service, and they'll certainly have my business in the future.

I have no hesitation recommending Better Batt for anyone, especially if you're looking for something that is hard to find!

I ordered a battery from this company that said on the description page "ready for immediate dispatch" Nothing else. It was only later that it said it could take up to 30 days. So be warned. Ready for immediate dispatch does not mean dispatch from an Australian location, where one could expect to receive it in a few days. Apparently ready for immediate dispatch means leaving from anywhere in the World. But in all likelihood China. that promised 30 days morphed into 40 days, which morphed in 50 days, which morphed in 60 days. And finally close to 70 days. In all that time they never bothered to contact me to explain the expected delay. In all that time they were still advertising that particular battery on their store with the "within 30 days" speil. I had to contact them after 45 days to get tracking details only to be told that it still wasn't in Australia and just to be patient. At no point did they bother to contact me. This battery was for a business application so for almost 70 days from placing the order until the eventual arrival of that battery I had to do without that particular piece of equipment. If their website had been honest, or they had have sent me a message once I initially ordered the battery advising that there would be greater than two month delay in getting it, or if they had shown on their website that the battery was unavailable, I would have sourced the battery elsewhere. But instead they just kept that information to themselves and kept me in the dark regarding the unacceptable delay. Very shoddy business

I originally ordered the wrong battery, Shine from customer support was brilliant, found right battery sent that, fits and works, organised a free return and full refund. Could not provide better service, thanks Shine and Better Batt.
