Bonjour
je viens d'acheter une Apple Watch SE3 pour ma fille et je ne peux pas installer de ESIM afin qu elle puisse passer des appels.
Pourtant sur le site d'Apple, il est bien précisé que seul BetterRoaming était l'opérateur pour la configuration de mon Apple Watch en mode enfant.
Il s'agit là de publicité mensongère , et je me retrouve du coup avec une Apple Watch qui ne me sert à rien.

BetterRoaming DOES not work with Apple…

BetterRoaming DOES not work with Apple watches for children in the UK as they claim it does and the cancellation form is deliberitly difficult - way harder than the sign up process.
Asking which product you wish to cancel and goes on to list products they even don't sell.

I started the service initially in USA…

I started the service initially in USA for my daughter. I have never had a phone plan so I was happy to have found this service. We moved to Germany and I was able to change the plan to a Germany plan and the cost is roughly the same. We have had no issues and the few times I needed support with the transfer I received support in a timely and extremely educated manner. The step by step instructions were easy to follow.
I highly recommend the service they provide at a very competitive price!

Great customer service

A query regarding an adjustment to our plan, was resolved quickly and efficiently. eSIM for Apple Watch without and iPhone with Better Roaming is by far the best offer.

Tried to use this whilst offshore

Tried to use this whilst offshore. Wouldn’t connect. Since I hadn’t used it I tried to cancel my plan however better roaming were insistent that they couldn’t find a payment despite it being taken from my bank, providing the date and amount taken, and the last 4 digits of my card used to take payment. They finally asked for my phones IMEI number and that’s the last straw. Your IMEI number is the number hackers need to clone your phone so I’m done. I’ll take this as a lesson learned and they can have my money. But I’ll be warning everyone against this lot from now on.

After reviewing your case, we identified that the plan you have purchased was a UK plan, which unfortunately does not provide coverage in the North Sea region. In this case, a dedicated North Sea plan would have been required. As a gesture of goodwill and to resolve the matter fairly, we have issued a full refund for the incorrect purchase.

No judgement

Customer service representative kept in contact via email with instructions and tips until my issue was resolved. It took me longer because of my work schedule so I appreciate the after hours service.
