Astral - amazing customer sevice!
I had issues with the eSIM and it was not reliable for my daughters apple watch. However, the trouble shooting support & customer service I received from Astral in your team was amazing.

I used BetterRoaming to set up my son’s Apple Watch and had a bit of trouble getting started, but their support was amazing. They were so patient and guided me through everything step by step until it was all working perfectly.
Really appreciated the friendly and helpful service made the whole process much less stressful. Highly recommend!!

Malgré plusieurs relance je n’ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement de mon abonnement résilié depuis un mois . Alors déjà que leur services ne fonctionnent pas , le service client est une catastrophe.

I was very happy with the excellent customer service from your team member Astral. We were able to get to the bottom of the issue and it was a mistake I had made that prevented the plan to activate. Very happy I can now utilise the watch for my son and delay the a smartphone as a good alternative. Cheers

Works well but needs a specific setup. I had to pair the child’s watch on my iPhone with “set up for a family member”

Édit: mon abonnement a finalement été remboursé pour prendre en compte le désagrément. J’ai toujours une montre qui ne me sert pas comme elle devrait mais au moins je ne paie plus l’abonnement. Je rajoute une étoile pour la prise en compte de mon désagrément. Cela ne résout pas le problème mais le support a fait son possible.
Suite à un changement de montre pour ma fille (une SE2) en SE 3 plus possible d’avoir de forfait enfant (bien qu’il soit payé). Cela fait des mois que betterroaming mentionne à ses clients que cela va être résolu rapidement ce qui n’est pas le cas.
