We’d first like to clarify the situation regarding your withdrawal. The winnings in question originated entirely from a bonus . Accordingly, the maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings was capped at €500 as per this offer specific T&C. This cap applies even if the wagering requirements have been completed, and is a standard condition in most bonus offers to ensure fairness and responsible play.

Additionally, during the wagering of your bonus, our system registered multiple bets that exceeded the allowed maximum bet size, which is another violation of the bonus terms.
However, despite this breach, and as a gesture of goodwill, we still honored the maximum withdrawal limit and allowed you to cash out €500 — instead of voiding the entire balance, which we were entitled to do.

Given these facts, your complaint seems a bit unfair, as we took a lenient approach and processed the maximum withdrawal allowed under the bonus rules, even after a breach had occurred.
