I recently purchased a Zinnia X mobility scooter from Betty and Bertie , it was delivered in the blink of an eye and as described. After using it a couple of times I noticed one of the batteries was playing up. I contacted Betty and Bertie who immediately arranged for the battery to be returned for testing, once they identified it was faulty a replacement was sent out to me, the whole process took 3 days an absolute amazing experience. They reply to emails pretty much immediately. I am so happy I chose a company that puts the customer first, I would definitely recommend them

Having taken a long time to research all mobility scooters we decided on the Axis from Betty and Bertie. We looked online and ordered over the phone. All took less than 15 mins and we were assisted by a lovely lady who talked us through the process.

I had to return the scooter because it was too heavy for me to lift into the boot but there were no problems with either delivery or return for refund.

Web site was really good clear information easy to follow ordering was easy with no issues at all very happy customer highly recommend.

Arrived in good condition. Delivery company let the side down. I expected it within a couple of days and it was received by the courier next day but they did not move it quickly and then took it to the wrong depot and took a couple of days to sort it out B&B requested 24 hr Delivery. I still received it quicker than I expected for something so large.
