Cheaper, better and new

This was exactly what we were looking for in a scooter.
We’d done our homework and the company had told us the price before their representative arrived.
From the photos in the paper we were not expecting it to look so sturdy.

Cliff was brilliant in bringing the chair and showing us how it worked and I was able to have a go and give it a good try. He answered all of our questions regarding the chair and we thought it was fantastic. Very light weight and easy to use.

Maggie was very helpful in sorting the purchase of a new battery for my eFoldi Lite. Seamless experience. Quick delivery.

Excellent service

Quick response to my request for a brochure, followed by quick response to a home demonstration. Brian was polite and friendly. As I previously had a scooter that was very heavy and had to be taken to pieces, I had tried the two other Efoldi scooters before but found the footplate on the Compass just right. As I was ordering armrests I asked Brian if they were easy to fit, he said if I had problems he would come back to do this for me. Delivery was quick. Would have preferred better instructions on fitting the armrests although I did manage this.

Cliff was very polite, he explained everything with great detail and mum was very happy with the whole experience, she cannot wait to get out and about, what a pleasant man Cliff was which made it all so easy

Looked at many lightweight folding scooters.
The eFOLDi Compass came out on top.
Had home demo and a try on scooter and it felt quite safe and stable, I live on an unmade rough road and this scooter coped very well.
Agent Cliff clearly explained how it all works and puts together.
Very satisfied so purchased, looking forward to going to horse races with it.

Maggie has been marvelous from the start to the end of this journey with E-Foldi. I cannot praise her enough. She was patient and understanding with me and explained things about the scooters so clearly! She is a wonderful Credit to your Company. Well done E-Foldi! Well done, Maggie!

BEWARE!!!
I paid over £2,500 a few years ago for an Efoldi Explorer. This was a spare power scooter which could fold up for when I went travelling. It has only been used a few times. All three of the pneumatic tyres have now deflated and will not hold air, (faulty valves)! Efoldi cannot come out to repair and will not collect for repair, (about 40 miles by road). They have said that I need to box the scooter and pay £60.00 to send it to them. They will then repair, (with additional charge, of course). The refuse to replace with solid tyres. I cannot do this as I do not have anyone to assist me so my only recourse is to buy a new folding scooter and throw this one away! Luckily, there are many available online at much reduced prices so I will not be wasting my money on Efoldi again!!!

My wife has been looking at folding mobility devices on Utube for a while, and was taken with the Efoldi range. It was mainly the Lite model that she thought would be most useful for shopping and general usage. I, being the husband thought the Explorer would be great for National Trust sites. Tom came to us today to demonstrate both models. My wife and I had a go on both the Lite, and the Explorer. Tom was very patient and knowledgeable about them, and ensured that we saw how to pack and unpack them, and use them safely. He was an excellent demonstrator and we were very impressed with how both mobility scooters dealt with both grass and pavement. We were so impressed that we purchased before Tom left us. We also had a good look at the Lift which we thought could be useful for loading and unloading in the car. Efoldi have been a very pleasant company to deal with and I would recommend them without reservation.

The staff from eFoldi have always been very helpful, very clear on everything they discuss and are always happy to look into anything you request. Fast and effective service. Kathy, was brilliant every step of the way 🙌🏻. I have never had a bad experience with eFoldi or my Explorer and highly recommend them and their products. Thank you, without my Explorer I struggle to leave home.

The eFoldi has been so useful for my husband when attending hospital appointments. It has given him his independence back and he can whizz off to the hospital door. It has taken the stress out of trying to find a portering chair. It is easy to fold up and carry onto the bus/train. Only problem we found is that is is not very stable when stored on the bus and needs to be held as will fall over if the bus goes over a bump or pot hole.

Both the Sales Lady I spoke with in the office and the demonstrator Tom were first class. They were great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about the product, which is superb.

Their representative Cliff Bingley was extremely knowledgable and helpful which helped me to fully evaluate the eFOLDi scooter I'm interested in.

I had tried the Efoldi Lite at another venue and Tom gave me a very helpful home trial of the Compass that confirmed my choice of that model. It has given me the freedom to do such varied things such as going to London by train to the theatre and racing my 3 year old great grand daughter on her scooter in a local park - she won easily! Craig was extremely helpful and informative when he visited. He answered any questions patiently. He explained the pros and cons of both scooters in great detail, and there was no pressure to buy.
He was a very pleasant gentleman, and a credit to the company.
Went on to purchase the EFoldi Lite, as that was more suitable for my elderly uncle's needs. Craig made sure that my uncle practised the folding and unfolding for himself, and that he was confident while he was using it.
Very professional service. Looking forward to the scooter arriving now.

I had a demonstration from their representative Tom, this was excellent and he had the product, a compass, with him and I purchased it without hesitation. I have had the compass for 2 months and find it excellent. I would definitely recommend this company

I had a strong recommendation and indeed a trial run on a friend's eFoldi; so when my scoliosis became worse and walking was difficult, I arranged a demonstration. Tom Smith came and was very helpful.
The Lite came today - I'm calling it my Go-Kart - so I have yet to master assemblage and folding up, properly. But I love whizzing around. With a walking stick you look down, on a scooter you look up, make eye contact and smile at people!
