We did tons of research before purchasing our next disability scooter. We purchased one from a different company about 9 month's ago and while it was a good scooter, it had a lot of limitations. It was bulky. You had to build it after taking it out of the car and I certainly couldn't get it out, I had to rely on my wife. So we found this one on line, from Betty &Bertie. It's in one unit. You can fold it up and easily pull it like a shopping bag. Easy to travel through London underground. Hospitals, airports. Takes up very little room in the car. Can't wait to use it on our many travels. The staff are amazing. A very nice lady called Ruby helped us so much when ordering it. She was not pushy and was so polite. Highly recommend and look forward to seeing the world a bit more. xxx

Ordered mobility scooter by phone - seamless process. I was going to order online but had a couple of questions.
I had not heard of this company prior to a Google search & it popped up & it appeared more personal- it was much better than the others I contacted.
The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful & informative. The price was competitive & the delivery was fast with good communication.
Would definitely recommend.

Good service given I had a problem with bank all sorted very quickly and order on way

Vickie was extremely helpful and understood my requirements. I wanted a REN 2. She demonstrated everything I needed to know about the scooter. It was just as I had gathered from the marketing material. If, like me, you have any doubts about paying up front to have a scooter delivered for a 14 day trial. Then to have it taken back and payment returned.Do not have any concerns about that. We travelled 260 miles to see and test the scooter. If I had seen and met thembefore I would have let the courier do the travelling for me!
