Very disappointing. The watch showed up used and abused. Was hoping to upload the pictures. However, delivery was quick, and while the “support” email address was useless once I called for the second time and received an email from the “info” email address, Mateo took care of me from start to finish. And got a quick refund. Bottom line don’t order from Bezali.

I received the wrong part, the part was in a plastic bag that was stapled shut on one end. The label and the number on the bag was for a leather strap for a Longines Master Collection 40mm Chronograph Moonphase Watch. I ordered the stainless steel bracelet for a 40mm Longines Master Collection 40mm Chronograph. The number on the bracelet is for the regular moonphase watch, it does not fit nor do the holes lineup. I emailed customer support asking for a return with no response from them. Now I have a $440 paperweight!!!!!!!

The face of the watch had a wrinkle in it, apparently the material had a wrinkle in the watch face. Also, I ordered what I thought was a white watch and it definitely looks pinkish taupe.

I reached out to Customer service because the watch band that connects together was broke and no one responded to me. I was requesting a refund and needed to get the return policy and no one responded. I would never shop at this retailer again.

Prior to shipping my order I emailed customer service to please not ship and refund my credit card. I did not get a reply so I called the 800 number from the website. No one answered, left a message and received no return call. I paid $13.00 to return the order to the address on the website. I emailed customer service with the tracking number, no reply. Not a very customer centric company! Still waiting for my refund.

It was exactly what I expected. I had bought one on eBay and only lasted six months it was used, but this is exactly the one I want. The size is perfect. The delivery was great. I would do business with them again.

THIS IS A SCAM. They list a watch then they take your info and credit card and immediately cancel your order. Then make you track it with a scamier download. No explanation! No note or email! If the watch is not in stock stop listing it! If not a scam... this is a horribly run company.
