The watch showed up with broken second hand floating around inside behind glass.
Not sure battery is even alive.

Never received my watch..they said 4 to 5 business days and its been 2 weeks..only suppose to come from NY and im in Texas👎🏾

Item was as described. Citizen Nighthawk Eco drive watch. Have charged the watch daily under direct sunlight for 1 week now and it still does not run. Have read that it may take up to 2 weeks for it to fully charge. Probably would not have purchased this particular item, had I known about the charging issue... May end up requesting return/refund if I cannot get it to run

I was told item was to be delivered today the 13 now I got a email saying that it would not arrive until the 19. I ordered on the 5th. Where is it coming from?

I had to file a dispute with PayPal after the unresponsiveness of Bezali via Temu and Temu customer support being unhelpful. PayPal fortunately sided with me. I'm never doing business with Bezali again! BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE AN EXPENSIVE WATCH BECAUSE YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE IT AT ALL!!! MAKE SURE TO RECORD ALL DELIVERIES AND UNBOXING AS THEY WILL ASSUME YOU'RE LYING IF YOU GET AN EMPTY PACKAGE WITHOUT THE ACTUAL ITEM!

This is the first and last time I will ever shop from Bezali. Before I start, I purchased the watch from their TEMU store because of a promotion. After receiving the package back on 4/2, I opened it and there was packing paper and a watch box inside. Upon opening the watch box, there was a watch pillow that was damaged along with some imperfections on the inside of the box, but not the watch itself. I immediately reached out to the merchant and received no response. I then started a return and it was ultimately denied today after the merchant inspection. Their exact reason on the TEMU return page was "The returned package is empty as shown on the video. Please return the watch. Thank you!" Are you kidding me? YOU sent me an EMPTY watch box! On the day that I received the package, I noticed that the merchant took down all of their listings and then relisted again a couple of days later which was very unusual. I unfortunately don't have a recording of myself receiving and opening the package as I never thought I would go through something like this and because of this experience, I'm going to be very cautious with all high-value orders this time and start recording all package deliveries and unboxing. I already requested a second review from TEMU however I'm not sure where this will go now as I only have the picture of the empty watch box that was sent to me. Before purchasing the watch, I researched the company and saw mixed reviews and decided to take the risk because I didn't want to pass up a promotion I had. This company is very unprofessional and has no quality control whatsoever. Be careful purchasing from them and RECORD ALL DELIVERIES or they will think you're lying if something goes wrong. I genuinely feel that I have been robbed. I advise everyone to stay away from them and find other gray markets as you never know if you'll actually receive your items or not. I see other reviews saying that they received their items just fine which is good however I had the complete opposite experience and consider yourself very lucky if you do get anything. I will proceed to file a chargeback if the claim gets denied again.

I cancel my preset 30 minutes after I made the purchase, they ignored and still send me the watch , I wrote some many emails no body respond , last thing I fill out a dispute through my credit card, terrible company bezally

Shipment arrived on time in excellent condition. I would, however, expect a battery to have been installed.
I have always appreciated the quality of Skagen watches .

The watch I ordered is not the same watch as I received. Very disappointed wasting money and one week. Now I have to pay for return and lose the extra shipping fee in paid earlier. This is false advertising is the best I can describe this.

Watch arrived damaged....plate in back of watch dented. Happened before it was even packaged and sent to me. Requesting a replacement.

This is the second time I ordered this watch and each time it’s not shipping out of N.Y.says it’s been accepted but that were it stays not getting past that post office where is my watch and why would you use the same method that failed twice?

Small watch ⌚️ was not what I expected.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered a stainless steel Gucci watch. There was a label created and no other movement. I sent a email questioning the shipping method, USPS for a Gucci watch is suspicious. Once I sent the email asking about a refund they message me saying that the item was lost in transit. Buyer BeWare!!!

Legit product and the shipment was fast!

My order took longer than expected. I ordered my watch 12/27 and didn’t get it until 01/11. Also came in a box but no papers and looks like a link or two were taken out because it fit perfectly. But the price was right so I took a shot since I recently lost the same watch which I brought elsewhere. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews about the company. But overall I got my order safe and sound. Got exactly what I ordered in great condition and packaging was secured. I’m happy with my purchase!
