Great product

I love this mascara it doesn't smudge, my lashes look amazing, recently ordered double, the support was excellent Sadie stayed in touch with me and helped me through the process, I ended up keeping it all, I do love it!!

Lash Cosmetics Mascara

I am so glad I found Lash Cosmetics. Not only do they offer fantastic customer service, their product is phenomenal. This mascara is now my only go to. The product covers well just like the company promised it would do. So impressed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle, Amy and Sarah and they were all so lovely to deal with. Kyle especially was very patient and answered all my questions. Both Kyle, Amy and Sarah are wonderful representatives of their company. When I run out in the future I will definitely purchase from Lash Cosmetics again. So refreshing to deal with a company who cares about their customers. Thank you so much Kyle, Amy and Sarah ♥️

I ordered from this company seeing an…

I ordered from this company seeing an ad on Facebook I only added the mascara to my basket and upon completing purchase I then had several transactions and billing statements of extra items I did not add and racking up a total of $132.59 so far the customer service has been good but at the moment the transaction is only pending and I really hope I get this resolved and my money refunded but after seeing others reviews experiencing the same I am worried this has been a scam from the get go

DO NOT PURCHASE.IF YOU HAD NO EYELASHES BEFORE YOU WILL HAVE NO EYELASHES AFTER

I am so disappointed.I took a video to pay that much for something does not work.It does not come close to even working.You still cannot tell that you hardly have eyelashes now.If you don't read the disclaimer, you're in trouble.They will offer you thirty percent back.They will offer you fifty percent back.They will offer you a hundred percent back.And you have to return and replace it.This item is not worth the cardboard that they printed for the box. I have a full video that I could share if anybody would like to see it. I was told that one stick is for one set of lasses, and another stick is for another set of lashes, which in turn they send no directions. And the container says step one and step two. Good luck with customer service. I argued with the man for 20 minutes. I was polite. I did not cuss, I did not do anything but state. My position and it took me that long to get a full refund and they only say that they can only refund half of 9.99, not your in shipping. It's ridiculous, either either way, you say it. Do not, I repeat. Do not purchase this product. You will be 100% dissatisfied. And you'll get half are less of what you put in. And if they want you to return it, you have to pay for return shipping. As well, no refund

I order my mascara and received it…

I order my mascara and received it within a week. I was so excited to see the results. I am so picky when it comes to mascara because I am use to going and getting my lashes done professionally but I like the natural look. This mascara does not smudge when I smile because I do have high cheek bones and small eyes. It last right until you wash it off and it comes off with soap and water no problem!!! I already ordered my next one so I have in hand 🫶🏻

Garbage

Garbage. Does nothing except make a mess. It's false advertising. Drugstore mascara will suffice. The biggest rip off.

If I could rate zero stars I would!

If I could rate zero stars, I would! Horrible customer support. I was billed for 3 months after I had cancelled a subscription I never enrolled in. Was told I would get a refund of $94.89. I have been communicating with them for 2 months and still have not received my refund. After multiple phone calls, they communicated the email they processed the refund to. It was an incorrect email. I am now battling getting this corrected after I was told 7 days ago it was correct. An ongoing nightmare.

Customer Service is FABULOUS

I accidentally made an error on my order, and was extremely happy with the way that the Customer Support handled it. They were prompt, polite, and very supportive. I truly believe in their products, and will keep them as my go-to company for future needs.

It's been 34 days since my order has shipped....

It's been 34 days since my order has shipped. Still can't get an answer where exactly my order is at. Since 3/2, it has been at LAX (23 days) and I can't get a straight answer from the company where my order is at. I have called customer service twice and sent multiple emails to them, all saying "you can track it here". Each day since 3/2 it has been updating saying "in transit to next facility", but just updating the dates. I've been taking screenshots of this. Customer service says they have "escalated" it to higher up, but I have not heard anything back from higher up (been 5 days), nor a confirmation email that my ticket has been escalated...WHERE IS MY ORDER?! This is by far one of the worst companies I've had to deal with.....

This company is an absolute fraud

This company is an absolute fraud. I paid $19.95 for 2 mascara. It took 3 weeks to receive. The product did not work at all as claimed it would. No difference in 3 different mascara that I tried on one side of lashes and Lash Cosmetics on other eyelash. Absolutely no difference. I asked several people if one or the other lashes looked fuller or larger. No one said yes, they all said they both looked the same. When I wrote in for a refund, I was told that I would have to pay for return to China. I also did not realize that the 30 day refund started when they sent product out not when customer received it. Knowing the cost of sending product back and the 30 day refund timeliness, I knew that it was most likely not get refunded. They could even state that product return was never received. They offered me a 30% refund which would be $6.65 of $19.95 and they then sent statement stating i would receive $3.92. Im not excepting this amount and should not have e to. They know their product did not do as claimed and the return policy is almost impossible when not received for 3 weeks. Instead of caring about the customers unsatisfactory and bad reviews with product they instead take advantage of the hasle, timing, and more cost to return knowing that most customers would just give up. I don't believe this company should br in business as it is complete fraud! Sylvia Hendryx

We’d like to clarify that our return period begins from the date your order is delivered, not from the shipping date. Additionally, eligible returns are processed through our U.S.-based return facility, not China.

We also would like to confirm that your concern has already been addressed via email, and the agreed 50% refund has been processed.

If you would prefer a full refund, you are still welcome to return the items, and we’ll be happy to process the remaining balance once the return is received.

Great customer service

Great customer service! It was my mistake I ordered the wrong shade. I contacted customer service they immediately contacted me back. My problem was solved. I haven't got my makeup yet but I'm sure if I have any problem in the future I can trust that the experience will be handled promptly.
