Bought a couple hi vis t shirts for work. After wearing a shirt 3 or 4 times, the stitching in the arm pit cam unraveled and a large hole formed. I contacted customer service to see what could be done. The answer I got was 'too bad'. They will only accept a return it the item was damaged when I received it and not any time after that. Horrible customer service and cheap products.

I ordered two fleece jackets, paying for cost plus shipping. They arrived about two weeks later. I was disappointed with the quality— sleeves were too long
and zippers didn’t work smoothly. Quality was inferior to others offered by Amazon and Bean. Expressed my concerns to Big Tops Support Staff, returned the jackets by UPS, & requested refund. The company strung me along by asking for tracking data which I provided with Proof of Delivery.They still haven’t refunded my money! Would never deal with them again! I ordered a shirt from your company. Wrong color and wrong size. I returned it to your company on 5-2-23 with copy of original invoice, orginal order number and asked for refund. Nothing! They stated I needed to get the tracking number from post office. I do not have it anymore!

I will never do business with this company again. Very rude and not helpful at all. I will also tell anybody who asks that they should be very careful as your company is not at helpful and very, very rude!

I purchased 3 women's XL long sleeved button down shirts, I like a loose fit. The fit was M at best, the shirts are nice but the sizes are clearly inaccurate. I contacted BigtopShirts and was instructed to pay to ship them back and the order would reprocessed. I did and since they ran really small, I requested 4X instead, these fit like tents. TO CUT MY LOSES, I HAD THEM TAILORED. I wish I'd read the reviews first. My review is not the first to mention incorrect size markings. My XL'S from other merchants are the desired fit.
Since the shirts fit was 4 sizes smaller, I requested the replacements 4 sizes larger.
MY ADVICE TO BIGTOPSHIRTS is to not blame the consumer but fix the problem. To put it nicely, random people wouldn't make the same claim at different times.

The Big Top Shirt Shop is a complete ripoff. I ordered over $100 of shirts size L. When they arrived they were all XXL even though they were labeled L. I usually wear a size L and on occasion even size XL. However these shirts were so enormous that I was lost in them. When I tried to exchange them for size M, I was told that they could not exchange the shirts.
Stay away from Big Top Shirt Shop. They are dishonest and sell junk.

This is my rebuttal to the response of Big Top Shirt Shop.

First of all, there is a reason why 77% of the reviews of Big Top Shirt Shop on this site are just one (1) star reviews. In Big Top's Response, my email to them was taken completely out of context and totally misrepresented my email to them. The real story is that they sold mislabeled shirts that, although labeled size L, were clearly XXL. I contacted them just several weeks after receiving said shirts and explained that I had just returned home from a trip. I did not even request a refund and clearly stated that I merely wanted to exchange them for a smaller size that would fit me. Their response to me was to rudely refuse an exchange and to state that their shirts were the correct size. Worse yet, they then proceeded to call me a liar with respect to shirt sizing!!! The personnel at Big Top Shirt Shop are clearly clearly dishonest selling faulty or reject products. They are arrogant and rude and do not back their products.
I could not let their dishonest rebuttal go unanswered. To reiterate, there is a reason why 77% of Big Top Shirt Shop reviews on this site are just one (1) star.

Charged 20% restocking fee for an order that I was not aware of I needed an embroidered and at 13 shirts minimum. Those fine prints are very hard to read.

Terrible service. I ordered an item and immediately realized after I placed the order that it was headed to the wrong address. I sent an email right after the order was placed to let them know the address was wrong and gave them my correct address. They still sent the item to the wrong address after yanking me around with the order because I emailed them the order number from a different address. Meanwhile they still sent out the order to the wrong address and refuse to send me a new item or refund it. I did not receive the item. Will never order from them again. Scammers

Purchased in November for a Christmas present. He tried it on, and although he is usually a 2XL, this was way too tight. 2XL is always plenty big enough. But this jacket was way too small. Sizing is way off. Then, when I tried to ask about flexibility in returning it, given that it was bought for and not opened until Christmas, they told me it was too late; no returns. It wasn't even personalized, so not a special order either. Really poor customer experience; I would NOT recommend. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

I ordered around 8 items for a Christmas present to be delivery to my sister in law. Two items were received in different colors and also they sent me vest instead of a jacket. When I request the return they sent me all the instruction but never sent me a return label, because her return policy make the unsatisfied customer pay for the return of a wrong order sent by their store. Is like they sent wrong items so the customer have to returned and pay for it.
Never use this store again and i don't recommended any body to use it.

Just got my shirts, one sleeve is sooooo much smaller than the other sleeve. I guess you get what you paid for. Would never order from them again. Plus they are paper thin. I called and they asked for a picture of what I meant. So I sent a pic and it was clear as day what I was talking about. They replied it’s unclear. Never again!

Ordered shirts for my employees. They fit tight and like a size smaller. Tried to return and got nothing but the run around. Site says a email will be sent to approve return that never comes. The online chat agents treat you like a liar saying they haven't recieved a return request eve after showing them a SS from their site of the message after filing a return. So now a have a bunch of shirts they now say is passed the 2 week return window. They refused to honor their return policy and now say too bad you had 2 weeks to return. A bunch of scam artists that sell cheap crap shirts.

Okay. I ordered my shirts and THEN read the reviews . I was worried that I'd never get them and if I did they would not fit. They arrived in about 5 days and are a very nice quality and fit . I'm not disappointed.

Just received my second order from this company. I do not understand anyone giving them a poor review. The shirts fit perfectly and arrived very quickly.

Wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. I ordered 10 polo shirts and paid more than $100 for them. They did not meet my expectations. I got a return number, paid $20 to have them shipped back to the company, and then they charged me a 20% restocking fee!. It cost me almost half as much to send them back and it would have if I kept them. Very poor customer service!

An absolutely scummy company. My experience was likened to maybe a couple 15 year old kids trying to hack it as an online "business". Dishonest, rude, quite frankly....thieves. You've been warned, somewhere down deep in the fine print, they have an 'out' to stiff you on your 20%.

I ordered a button down, long sleeve shirt. I normally take a 1X but based on the measurement chart and the fact that I prefer my shirts loose, I ordered a 2XL. I looked like a black stuffed sausage. The size 3XL says it's 6 inches bigger, but I doubt it.

I normally don't leave reviews. This is a big warning. Yesterday I bought six shirts from them that I am counting on. I paid for UPS Next Day Air. They sent me an email yesterday saying that it shipped. They did not offer any other information such as tracking. I work in logistics. They supposedly sent out my package UPS next day air saver, a service that is not guaranteed and even worse, a much slower delivery option that costs much less than their advertised UPS next day air shipping option. I never received the package, they never responded to emails. Charging a certain price for a service yet going with a cheaper option to pocket money is fraudulent and I am guessing a crime. I'll be reporting to BBB. Stay away!
Update: items showed. Shirts extremely wrinkled and thrown into box. Shirts loose with no protection and box was sent out UPS ground. For those that don't know, I paid an additional 50 dollars for UPS next day air and it came ground, a much cheaper alternative. So even their shipping notification was a lie. Very bad company to deal with.
Update 2: I had paid for next day air and they sent out the package UPS ground. They over charged me fifty in shipping costs and never sent the package out through the delivery option that I had requested. Do yourself a favor. Go check them out on the BBB website. Nothing but horrible experience after horrible experience with this company. The most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with.

They were rude and obnoxious when inquiring about tracking on a package I was expecting today. The label was created on the 19th and still sitting in your warehouse. Then the owner Tony called me throwing a temper tantrum. I have already disputed with my bank to get my money back. I'll never deal with his business for any product and will be leaving reviews and complaints everywhere!!Then tried to put false reviews about my business on yelp!!!! RUN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I think my review will basically be another reiteration of just what a terrible company this is to deal with and even worse to purchase from. I placed an order for shirts. I received nothing from this company in terms of confirmation emails or shipping info. NOTHING. I emailed the company and requested an update on my order. I was told that without information from my confirmation email that it was impossible. I did receive a confirmation on the order from PayPal and forwarded them that to prove I had an active order. I was told that they sent me a confirmation email and to use the PayPal confirmation email I received. Well, I cannot track my order or it's status based on that. I had received nothing from this company including my order in nearly 2 weeks. I filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and within a few days my order miraculously came, although in parts and on different days. Of the seven shirts I ordered only 2 fit. The rest were either too big or too small even though they were all the same size. I want to send them back but this company has the worst return shipping policy I have ever seen. In addition, I have doubts I would ever actually receive a refund from them anyway. Unbelievably rude and belittling company.

I would give less the person on chat called me a "karen' totally racist remark because he is condensending and doesn't want to answer questions. He wants to be condensending.
