I enjoy using Bikeflights because many people in the biking community trust the name, which adds to our credibility as well. The Improvements made to the process of accessing labels was greatly appreciated. Plus, it was nice to have additional Bikeflights branding labels to add to the box.

The process was quitee forthright and didnt take long.
The only snag was when I sent the shipping label to the location that was shipping, for some reason they did not see it or didn't download the information. Three days later it had not been picked up. I dropped off the label.

Excellent option for shipping a bike. Over 50% cheaper than what was estimated apart from using them. Bike arrived in 2 days.

Patricia emailed me right away when she realized that UPS wouldn't confirm the destination address. She was able to get it all set very quickly.

Expensive but cheaper than going through UPS directly. For the cost of the shipping fee the premium insurance should be included. Shipping labels are easy and simple enough to create and print. Seems like the best option out there.

Because I was unsure about shipping my 50lb ebike, I contacted your staff via email. Their responses were immediate and helpful. I had the Trek store in Georgetown DC box my bike. I knew I would need the dimensions but had no idea I would need photos w/tape measure. Thankfully, the Trek store was prepared for that and the rest of the process was seamless. Perhaps it would help in your general on-line info re ebikes to mention that. Not every spot has a tape measure. My bike, with two attached batteries, arrived in perfect condition at its destination. The price was fair, service great and prompt. Thank you.

We had some trouble filling out the forms. Is it possible your site is not compatible with some browsers?
I did appreciate that your folks called back but I always had to wait for the callback and only once got through right away. But everyone was nice.
Also had some confusion with the labels. They get printed twice and at first we wondered if we had accidentally asked for 4 shipments instead of 2. So we canceled that order and started again and this time ran into the problem with the addresses not being accepted and why did it default to having to put in US? Then only stage one labels came in the email the second time around so we had to call again. When UPS finally came he thought there were 8 boxes he had to pick up not 2. So we will be monitoring the receipts to make sure we were not charged for 8 shipments. Anyway, we survived but it was stressful and it could be better.

My stuff was damaged in shipping which was not great, however they reimbursed me for the damage promptly and without complaint.

Package is still on the way. Process was straight forward and easy. It was less expensive than going to UPS directly.
