Nobody to talk to on the phone.....email contact only which takes 24 hours for a response...only to be asked more questions. Returns have to be done online with Wickes when ordered through Billie which is a real pain.
No easy way to pay in instalments should the customer wish to and no easy explanation offered as to where refunds are in the process despite a collection having been taken.
