Es wäre hilfreich ,wenn ihr eine Telefonnummer bzw Email Adresse hinterlegen würdet ,weil manchmal gibt es doch noch Fragen zur Bezahlung und der KI Chat war nicht sehr behilflich

Einfache Rechnung

Einfache Rechnung, übersichtlich und leicht zuordenbar. Verbessern kann man noch das Hinzufügen eines QR-Codes um einfach per Banking-APP überweisen zu können.

Stay away from Billie

We have been using Billie for a few months and everything worked fine initially. Unfortunately, we made a mistake and transferred €38,000.00 for an invoice instead of €380.00.

We immediately contacted Billie about this issue and were informed that the overpaid amount would be refunded once the payment was received. Two days later, we received confirmation that the payment had indeed been received.

We are now 18 days further and still have not received the refund, despite contacting Billie daily via email and chat. The only response we keep getting is to “be patient.”

I would not recommend this service. When a mistake happens, there appears to be absolutely zero sense of urgency to resolve a serious issue like this. I sincerely hope this review prompts Billie to take action and resolve the problem, at which point I am willing to update my review. Until then, I cannot recommend their service.
