Fantastic old fashioned customer service!!! Hallelujah .
Kept informed every step of the way. I asked for a 30 min arrival call and they were as good as their word. Polite and brought the item in. Smart professional polite and friendly and the drawers are fabulous! Beautifully wrapped for protection. What a great company!!!

Excellent delivery and quality product

Excellent delivery, I was kept updated in the days before the delivery and the time was updated during the morning of the delivery. The delivery men were polite and courteous.
The product is designed very cleverly, it fits together well and is very sturdy.
I would thoroughly recommend to anybody looking to buy a new bed.

Never received item

Order was supposed to arrive two days after ordering and I still haven’t received it or any tracking information yet I’ve received a message asking for a review..

Deceitful delivery quotes

The sofa was purchased with a delivery date of or before Wednesday Shipped by the supplier. Quote:

1 item(s) will be delivered on or before 22/04/2026.

I then received an email from the delivery company to say it would be Saturday 25th. I am not available to take delivery on Saturday 25th. So now it has to be the following Monday. If I had known it wasn't as advertised and wouldn't have been delivered by Wednesday I wouldn't have bought it. Deceitful sales. Never buy from homebase. You're sold a pack of lies.

Guys were very polite and respectful of property. So happy with my new chest it’s exactly as described good quality so have ordered another to match a 3 drawer chest

Awful delivery & no communication

Awful delivery & no communication

Edit: Sadly its been more than a week and still haven’t received an email or message/ tracking update about my parcel. Just bots telling me to wait till next month.

I was meant to receive my furniture on 17th but no update on the tracking service all day. When i reached out to customer care chat bot told me to wait until 21st, now Ive been told to wait until 2nd May. Yet I have received a message to review how well i love my new furniture. Its very disappointing and not what i expected from Debenhams. If delivery was to be in 3-4 weeks that should be clarified before i make a purchase.
