I had my latest assessment today. Neil C carried out my tests and I have to say he was the best. He explained everything well, he was friendly and very efficient. An excellent representative for Bluecrest. It is very helpful to have these regular assessments to know how your health is and if there is a concern it can be dealt with sooner rather than later.

Jessica was amazing!
I recently had an at-home health check with Bluecrest, conducted remotely with Jessica O, At Home Health Coach, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Jessica was absolutely amazing. She immediately put me at ease, talked me through the whole process clearly, and explained what to expect afterwards. She was incredibly patient, kind and understanding of my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring.
It’s not often you come across someone who makes such a positive difference to what could otherwise feel like a stressful experience. Jessica was professional, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout.
If I could request Jessica personally every year for my health check, I absolutely would! She is a credit to Bluecrest, and I would highly recommend her to anyone having an at-home health check.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Suhail – professional, caring and reassuring
I had a lovely experience with Suhail today. I attended the health assessment with my partner, and he was kind enough to allow us to go in together, which immediately made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and comfortable.
I have a real phobia of needles, so blood tests are something I usually dread. Suhail completely put me at ease, and I have to say it was one of the most pain free blood tests I’ve ever had. He was incredibly gentle, patient and reassuring throughout.
What particularly stood out was the time he took to explain what each test was for, how it was being carried out and why it was important. He also explained an optional additional nutritional health test, including what it covered, its purpose and the additional cost. Both my partner and I decided to upgrade on the day, but importantly, there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell whatsoever. We were simply given the information and allowed to make our own decision.
Suhail mentioned that he also works at Papworth Hospital, and his experience really shows. His professionalism, care and attention to detail were excellent, while still being friendly and approachable. He is a real credit to Bluecrest.
The assessment was held at OYO The Chiltern Hotel in Luton. Although the hotel wasn’t quite as luxurious as the previous venue at Luton Hoo, it was more than adequate for the assessment, with convenient free parking on site and complimentary water available.
The only tiny thing I would change would be to complete the grip strength test before taking blood. My blood was taken from my dominant arm, so when it came to doing the grip test immediately afterwards, I was a little apprehensive about gripping at full force with that arm. That may be completely fine medically and simply down to my own nerves around needles, but personally I would have felt more comfortable doing the grip test first. It’s a very minor point and certainly didn’t detract from the experience.
Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. If you’re nervous about blood tests in particular, I couldn’t have asked for someone better than Suhail. Thank you for making something I normally find quite stressful such an easy and comfortable experience.

I have been using blue crest for years…
I have been using blue crest for years as a guide to what’s going on with my general health and have found it to be invaluable at warning me when something isn’t right so I can get it checked out and dealt with - including being diagnosed with a very low folate result which the doctor was able to correct with a three month supplement. I today had my check up which was carried out by Sharon who was extremely efficient and gentle with the rests. I would thoroughly recommend if you just want to keep an eye on your health. The reports are easy to read and compare results to previous years which is very handy.
