Der Kontakt ist schnell und freundlich. Enttäuschend ist der Umgang jedoch mit Qualitätsmängeln. Mein SUP zeigt nach nur 1,5 Jahren bei seltener Nutzung übermäßige Verfallserscheinungen. Angeklebte Ösen fallen ab, Trittfläche löst sich ab, und der Paddelbedruck ist nicht Hitzestabil, im ersten Hochsommer ist die Farbe in der Sonne klebrig geworden. Die Reperatur wird in meinen Fällen aus ökologischen Gründen auf den Kunden übertagen, da der Rücktransport zu umständlich sei. Optisch Ansprechende Produkte mit mangelhafter Qualität und sehr unvorteilhafter Regulierung für deutsche Kunden. Nach 6 Monaten muss der Kunde plötzlich die Versandkosten für die Reparatur zahlen was oft zu einem Wirtschaftlichen Totalschaden führt. SCHADE!

Warnung vor unterirdischem Service bei Bluefin SUP!
Ich habe mich lange damit beschäftigt, welches SUP ich bestellen will und was meine persönlichen Anforderungen an das SUP sind. Schließlich habe ich ein SUP der Firma Bluefin gefunden, das meine Anforderungen grundsätzlich erfüllte.
Leider war das SUP defekt. An der Verklebung in der Mitte des SUP trat Luft aus, was grundsätzlich mal passieren kann. Der Umtausch war extrem schleppend und es hat Wochen gedauert, bis die Abwicklung abgeschlossen war (Produktfehler wurde von Bluefin übrigens anerkannt, daran kann es nicht gelegen haben, es ging um die rein organisatorische Abwicklung).
Nachdem nun der Sommer, in dem ich mein SUP kaum benutzen konnte, fast vorbei ist, kam die Ersatzlieferung an. Dachte ich. Bluefin hat ohne vorherige Rücksprache eine "aktuellere" Version des SUP geliefert. Nur leider wurde dieses deutlich verändert (sprich: Qualität und Lieferumfang verschlechtert).
Ich hatte mich bewusst für ein SUP mit 1+2 Finnen entschieden, um flexibel zu sein. Zudem hat mich das Klicksystem der Finnen überzeugt. Bekommen habe ich nun ein SUP mit 1 Finne und einen Schraubsystem. Zudem hatte ich mich bewusst gegen ein Alu-Paddel entschieden, in der neuen Version war allerdings ein Alu-Paddel enthalten.
Ich habe hierauf den Bluefin-Support kontaktiert. Dort wollte man mir erklären, dass das neue SUP viel besser sei. Das ist mir aber egal, ich hatte mich bewusst für die vorherige Konstruktion entschieden, weil das MEINEN Anforderungen entsprach und dafür habe ich auch den Preis bezahlt. Andernfalls hätte ich schon von vornherein ein anderes SUP bestellt.
Als ich dem Service das klar gemacht hatte, kamen nur abwimmelnde, schmallippige Antworten.
Fazit: ich habe für ein SUP bezahlt, das meinen Anforderungen entsprochen hat und habe etwas anderes bekommen, musste aber den ursprünglichen Preis bezahlen. Hier war kein Entgegenkommen seitens Bluefin zu erkennen.
Alles in allem viel Ärger um nichts und ein verschwendeter SUP-Sommer zum knackigen Preis.
Mein persönlicher Tipp: Finger weg!
Edit: kürzeste Zeit nach meiner Bewertung hat Bluefin hier auch geantwortet. Die Antwort zeigt sicherlich nochmal deutlich mit welchem Zynismus das Unternehmen mit seinen Kunden umgeht. Eine persönliche Nachricht mit einem Kompromissvorschlag habe ich übrigens nicht bekommen.

Mein Bluefin SUP-Board ist beim Aufpumpen geplatzt. Das Board ist 4 Jahre alt hab es von einen Freund bekommen der hat es 3 mal verwendet!
Obwohl eine gültige Rechnung vorliegt und mit 5 Jahren Garantie geworben wird, weigert sich der Hersteller, das Board zu ersetzen. !
Stattdessen versucht man sich damit herauszureden. Bedingungen die Garantie gilt nur für den Erstkäufer !
Anstatt den Schaden zu beheben, wird sogar mit Konsequenzen gedroht, falls negative Bewertungen erscheinen. Sehr enttäuschend – weder Board noch Kundenservice empfehlenswert.
Neupreis unseres Boards 1100€!

We had a slight issue with a paddle a year after our purchase of a Bluefin SUP.
The customer service representative acknowledged the issue and quickly worked to resolve. We can now continue thoroughly enjoying the use our SUP!

I own two Bluefin SUPs — my first one is over 3 years old, has seen a lot of use and even some abuse, but it’s still in excellent condition. My second board had a manufacturing issue, but Bluefin’s customer service was outstanding and quickly replaced it under warranty without any hassle. The boards are fantastic quality and the support from the company has been top-notch. I’d highly recommend Bluefin to anyone looking for a reliable SUP.

Ho acquistato un Sup Bluefin il 23 luglio peccato non mi sia mai arrivato. La cosa più grave però è che il corriere ha comunicato di averlo consegnato e Bluefin ha tutelato il corriere e no me. Dopo avere più volte richiesto copia della ricevuta con la firma e nome del corriere senza avere mai risposta sono stato costretto ad aprire un reclamo. L’unica fortuna è stata avere acquistato tramite Paypal. In data odierna Paypal infatti non avendo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da Bluefin mi ha dato ragione e mi ha rimborsato la somma di € 498,98, Non comprate da Bluefin non è una ditta seria e non vi affidate a Fedex per le consegne.

Wir wollen unser Cruise Board auch als Kajak nutzen. Leider ist das Kajak-Kit im Shop nicht verfügbar. Dennoch haben die liebenswerten Servicemitarbeiter/innen einen Weg gefunden, dass wir dennoch zu dem Kajak-Kit gekommen sind.

Excellent customer service received. After visiting the Bluefin SUP UK website and finding I couldn't purchase a hose that I needed for a dual cylinder SUP pump I have. I got on to customer service on a Saturday afternoon and they sorted out my problem. Good knowledge and great customer service. Although why I couldn't locate the spare part I needed on the website shop is not great.

Ho acquistato un SUP Bluefin Cruise Drive e, oltre all’ottima qualità del prodotto, sono rimasto davvero colpito dal servizio clienti.
Avevo riscontrato una difficoltà con la pagaia in modalità kayak e il supporto è stato tempestivo, disponibile e attento: mi hanno seguito passo passo fino alla sostituzione del pezzo, risolvendo il problema in poco tempo.
Sulla spiaggia che frequento siamo già in tre ad aver acquistato le tavole Bluefin, i prodotti sono solidi e performanti, ma il vero valore aggiunto è il servizio di assistenza, che fa davvero la differenza.

Had a Bluefin SUP for 2 years, used it 5–6 times. Always great fun. When it developed a fault while inflating, I contacted customer support to see if it could be repaired. I didn’t realise it had a 5-year guarantee, but they arranged collection and sent a replacement quickly. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend.

The product I purchased wasn't great. It was very poorly finished for an £80 paddleboard bag. However, it was delivered quickly and the customer service was exceptional with them resolving the issue quickly and sensibly.
I was issued a refund with no fuss and would shop with Bluefin again in the knowledge that any issued will be dealt with.

The customer services team were exceptionally helpful, speedy and professional when I had to contact them as I broke the valve on my SUP. A replacement valve is being sent and I could not be more satisfied. The quality of the equipment is first class and I would recommend Bluefin without hesitation.

Al momento dell'acquisto del SUP mi viene chiesto se voglio acquistare una pompa per il gonfiaggio automatico.
Quando arriva il SUP scopro che sarebbe arrivata dopo 3 settimane perchè al momento fuori stock. Poi quando arriva ulteriore sorpresa: quel tipo di pompa (ne hanno due in vendita, me ne sono accorto dopo) non ha batteria ei si può usare solo con la presa dell'auto. Poco importa se col SUP devi fare 3 km per arrivare al mare o vuoi andarci in bicicletta.
Chiesto la restituzione (dopo loro approvazione, ma non sarebbe per legge?) mi vengono pure addebitati 29 euro per costo spedizione.
Che per carità se fosse perchè pentito dell'acquisto ci stanno anche, ma visto che restituisco perchè il prodotto è di fatto inutilizzabile mi sembrano un'esagerazione.
l'azienda ha risposto sia qui che per email ma non ha pubblicato la mia recensione sul loro sito che avvertiva che la pompa non ha una ricarica

I have just started paddle boarding with friends and I decided to invest quite a bit of money in a Bluefin kit. The night before we went out, I did a practice run in my living room to make sure I knew how to use everything. The first big problem was that none of their videos were for the new 2025 model and they’ve made quite a few changes to the kit. The written instructions on the website was not at all helpful.
They changed the valve to release the air. The new valve needs to be pushed in and turned in order to get the air to flow. This is not what was presented to me in the videos. When the board is full, it is very hard for my finger to do this.
Finally, I was not able to even use my board because the fin provided to me is defective. I contacted customer service and she told me I needed to move the pin myself to fix the fin. The pin does not move. I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me with what I’m supposed to do with useless board. There is no phone number to call so I just need to wait. I’m so disappointed that I purchased this board and kit.
