Item Not New
Hi, I just received the Anon M5S goggles I ordered, but it seems that the item is not brand new.
The protective film on the lens has already been removed, and there are some minor scratches on the lens.
Could you please confirm if this was supposed to be a new item?
I would appreciate a partial refund since the product condition is not as described.
