Staff very nice, helpful. Return digital paperwork not as precise as it could have been. I purchased black shorts in medium and large and needed to return the large. Distinguishing between the two was difficult as size wasn't part of return notation - unless I just missed it.

Issues With Product Received
I ordered a pair of Under Armour youth XL brawler 2.0 pants from Bob's. I received the product, but it was many sizes larger than the YXL pants I have purchased from other locations in the past (my husband could wear these children's pants). The tags also looked weird - the Y on the YXL label is in a different font, the tag was sewn in crooked, and Under Armour moved to tagless several years ago. I have been ordering these pants from Under Armour, Amazon, and Kohls for years and never had an issue. I contacted Bob's to return the product, and that part went OK. However, they did not refund the original shipping fee and charged me for return shipping. Bob's says I got what I ordered and I should realize online shopping is not exact, but I maintain I got what I ordered in name only and I didn't actually receive YXL brawler 2.0 pants. I then opened a BBB complaint, but the responses received from the company have been snarky and condescending.
Update: PayPal gave me a credit for the amount Bob's refuses to refund. PayPal 1, Bob's 0.
