Ordered for Easter delivery. Order was confirmed, but hamper not delivered. Was notified the afternoon before Easter after emailing and calling asking status of delivery. Disappointing response time and poor customer service. Would not recommend to order from Bockers & Pony.

I submitted the order on the 8th of March to be delivered on the 20th of March. The order was not received until the 22nd of March (Order Number - 10068730) not happy with this. This is the third order i have placed, the first order i placed was mean't to be a congratulations for a wedding although we received a wrong order for congratulations on your baby - This was corrected by Bockers&Pony afterwards.

Beautifully presented gift hamper yet again. But i just wish you would offer more variety. I choose gifts for my friend on her birthday and Christmas but it seems to be the same thing every time. Time to get creative and mix things up a bit.

I live in New Zealand and I ordered a gift box to be delivered to a Melbourne address. I cannot fault this company at all. It was easy to place the order and I was kept aware of where it was at all times and it was exactly as described on the website and the recipient was delighted.

10 days on and I'm still waiting for my hamper to be delivered to my friend who had her baby. No updates around delivery which is typically standard customer service / courtesy if there are delays.
