No order confirmation or any updates...
It's been 8 days since I made my order online. The first and only comunication I have received to date is to give feedback on my experience. I have not received an order confirmation, nor have I received any communication regarding the delivery status. I don't want to contact the recipient about it as that would spoil the surprise.

I am not sure why but the delivery I…
I am not sure why but the delivery I organised was labelled to me from me. Luckily it went to the correct delivery address and the person receiving knows me so was able to still sign and receive the delivery even though they could not identify as the receiver on the gift. All ended OK but unfortunate that the receiver had to then contact me thinking the parcel was for me and not them.

My delivery got dropped off at a Post…
My delivery got dropped off at a Post office for me to collect and then I had to deliver it any way.
Just a tip, maybe if that was told to me when ordering it would’ve saved everyone some time.
