I absolutely loved this bodyblitz class in Cromer, it was the most fun and uplifting workout I’ve ever done!

It's an easy low cardio workout,which has a different route each time, friendly instructor and group.

Emma is a fantastic teacher and all round lovely person. The group is friendly and the class is amazing! Makes you feel energised and happy ! Highly recommended.

Emma’s Silent Disco in Cromer on a Wednesday evening was one of the most uplifting and enjoyable evenings I’ve had ‘exercising’. Whilst my heat rate went up, it was great knowing that all abilities were looked after. No-one gets left behind, you just join in. After following this on Facebook for so long it’s great to take part. I’ve already booked the next. Well done Emma & Thank you. 😘💃

Most accepting inclusive group of women. Great level of excessive for complete beginners, amazing class leader, a wonderful caring community and banging tunes to walk for to!! My new obsession love it!!

Walkfit silent disco with @bodyblitzfitness is the best 45 min investment and highlight of my week. What more could you ask for moving to dance music in the sunshine with a super fun crew and the beautiful Emma Staples at the helm. Always buzzing afterwards. It’s a real tonic both physically and mentally and complements my other activities beautifully and most importantly it’s GREAT FUN!!
