Emma is so great at explaining and demonstrating all of the movements, and very attentive to everyone in the class. She always makes sure everyone is doing things correctly and safely, and is very good at accomodating for injuries and making adjustments for people who need them. She gives different options for all abilities and is motivating without making you feel rubbish. She is also so engaging and funny! We love you Emma!

Having a daily workout routine, which is varied with exercises for strengthening muscles and also for flexibility and mobility has been key in keeping me fit and healthy. It has also been great in helping me to recover from a recent broken ankle.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable at my first kettlebell class. Emma is great at going through different levels to get what you need from the session. Very supportive and friendly

Emma is a fantastic knowledgeable coach. I have been following Emma for a few years now I have just completed 2 months of challenges. May was Core, June was Squat & beat the Bloat. So much variation in exercises every day. Great nutrition advice, recipes, lots of health tips. Definitely the best coach to get you started on your fitness journey and such a lovely friendly inspirational lady to help and encourage you. Highly recommend Emma.

Emma makes every class brilliant fun.
She’s so upbeat and positive, the time just flies by. She keeps a close eye on everyone ensuring you are able to follow her instructions safely.
Checkout her different class options on the website - the Walkfit Silent Disco on the beach is also great fun!

I've been to a couple of Emma's classes now and she seems to be able to turn her hand to everything. I've come back from the classes each time loving them. She's so incredibly friendly and does an absolutely fantastic job at putting you at ease and creating a relaxed environment, along with being able to "read the room" and being adaptable.

Just completed Emma’s May Kick-Start with daily core exercises, nutritional advice and healthy habits. Learnt so much and will taking a lot of ideas away from this. I have been part of the Bodyblitz Fitness group for over 4 years now and never before have I stuck to any exercise this long! It is certainly a lifestyle change and it’s all thanks to Emma! Xx

I have been doing the daily challenge with Emma for over 7 years now and love it. Not only does it set you up for the day but it’s just one minute!!! Each daily exercise is broken down into bite sized chunks to suit all levels. Emma is passionate, and guides you effortlessly through each exercise. She is motivational and always available through the community chat too. A mini pocket trainer on tap everyday!!!

Excellent Pilates classes, Emma is a fun, knowledgeable and supportive coach who makes every session a challenge without making it too difficult.

Emma is a lovely thoughtful , professional, caring instructor. She makes each class fun but always making sure everyone is ok and not going beyond their capabilities.

Emma knows Fitness, especially for women. She demonstrates options for all levels which i love, it allows me to grow at my own pace.
