In both group sessions and one to one Emma is great so knowledgeable, encouraging and fun. I am enjoying kettlebells class on Monday and reformer Pilates at Emma’s studio is perfect, recommend highly for all.

A fun, engaging and highly beneficial class! Emma ensures that all members feel included, supported and seen; creating a welcoming and positive environment. Many options are offered so individuals can really tailor their workout within the class. Love it.

I absolutely love Emma’s kettlebells class, at 30 minutes long it’s perfect to squeeze into my busy schedule and it’s quick, fun and perfectly strengthens without exhausting me. I leave the class feeling strong, invigorated and proud. As with all Emma’s classes they’re fun, inclusive and adapted to suit my bodies changing needs. As a women’s wellness specialist Emma recognises that our body’s needs and abilities fluctuate and she responds accordingly always celebrating our wins and cheering us on.

Emma is a great teacher and motivator who includes everyone . She makes you work and make it enjoyable at the same time . She is informative and knowledgeable and is clearly dedicated to her job

I have been attending face-to-face Pilates classes with Emma for almost a year, and they have made — and continue to make — a real difference in my commitment to fitness and overall wellbeing. Emma’s expertise, attention to detail, and ability to adapt each session to individual needs ensure every class is both highly effective and genuinely enjoyable.
In January 2026, I began her new Pilates Reformer training, which has taken my practice to an entirely new level. The precision, guidance, and tailored support Emma provides are outstanding. I cannot recommend her or her classes highly enough; she is an exceptional instructor dedicated to helping each client achieve their best results.

Emma is an excellent trainer. She motivates you on days you need it. She gives great tips through her workouts. She adapts exercises if you are suffering from an injury. She is funny and her live classes are great.

I enjoy both face to face and online classes. Emma has a huge variety of classes that would suit anybody’s needs. Very informative and interesting, such great knowledge especially on women’s health.

Messaged Emma a few times and was not sure if I was brave enough to come …. Why didn’t I do it sooner l?! Loved dancing on the beach - the music was proper happy music !!! Going to the class was a breath of fresh air”sea air” can’t wait until the next one ! Don’t put it off ….
