It's beautiful and handmade. Has a very rustic look, great in a family room. The colored lines are just paint/drawn though, I thought they would embroidery from the Etsy pictures.

If I could give this zero stars I would.
***I had to reupload this review as the company solicited an update under the guise of a full refund to say the matter was resolved and responded to my review dishonestly. They lied. There was no refund processed. They claimed "proof of refund" would not be given unless I took my review down even though I never agreed to anything conditional, and now I'm filing a chargeback with my payment provider. Do not shop here. And be mindful of the incessant 5 star reviews.***
Requested a cancelation weeks before shipment. Told them I was moving due to issues and no longer needed the rug, as new space was too small and already had carpet. Was told it couldn't be canceled as production already began, confusing as production time was advertised to be 6 or more weeks. Website does not detail a cancelation policy, but I do not know why my request was not honored. Moved addresses, company shipped rug to the wrong address ANYWAY. I immediately contacted them to return it to sender, they said they would then said it wasn't possible, asked for my updated address to reroute it. Package arrived and I communicated I wanted nothing to do with the rug and to return it, this is after multiple back and forth emails. I was told it could not be returned or refunded. At this point I'm livid, they change their mind then say it can be returned but I am responsible for the million dollar return cost for the rug they forced upon me. Insane. Can't even comment on quality. A chargeback will be filed immediately. Don't waste your time. Listen to the reviews. Do not expect your money back. Look elsewhere.
*Edit: I also saw in a past response to an unhappy review that someone was given a mock up and they supposedly "approved the rug before dispatch". So why was I put into this position? It certainly was not approved by me and they knew that. Don't ever do that to your customers Bohemia Marrakech.
**Update: As of March 18, 2025, one hour after this review went live, I received the following:

This message serves as a formal legal notice regarding your recent public review and statements.
Following a detailed internal review of your order, communications, and the actions taken by our team, we have determined that multiple statements made in your review are materially inaccurate, misleading, and damaging to our business reputation.
Such statements may constitute defamation under applicable laws, as they misrepresent factual events and create unjust harm to our company, brand image, and commercial activity.
We hereby formally request that you immediately remove or correct your review to accurately reflect the factual situation.
Failure to comply within a reasonable timeframe will leave us no choice but to proceed with legal action through our U.S.-based legal counsel, including but not limited to claims for:
Defamation
Reputational damage
Loss of revenue and business opportunities
We will also seek significant monetary damages resulting from the impact of these statements.
This notice is sent in good faith with the intention of resolving the matter without litigation. However, we are fully prepared to take all necessary legal steps to protect our rights and business interests.
