Issues with Frozen Items Delivery
Our delivery was handed over to DHL, which received the package a day before the arranged delivery date. Unfortunately, the frozen items we requested arrived packaged with ice but were not in a frozen condition. As a result, we had to consume all of them within the same week.

First of all we always appreciate feedback. As it is clearly stated in the product description we store goods as frozen but deliver chilled and advise to consume within 24 hours according to food Standards Agency regulations. All our customers have different needs so we need to have a standard delivery method and if not specified with a comment, a standard shipment is made. We use gel packs and fridge bags that guarantee the products being chilled for up to 72 hours. Our regular delivery times are less than 24 hours to keep products as fresh as possible. For all our customers, order delivery details, including the date and time, are sent to the email address provided—either directly by DHL if it’s a DHL shipment, or from us if it’s a London delivery. If no email address is provided, we send the details via SMS to the mobile number on file. Sometimes, our emails may end up in your spam folder, or, if customers have opted to block emails from external sources, our updates may not reach you. However, under normal circumstances, our customers are always kept informed.

Problem with the packaging!
Plastic bags that were used to put filo pastries in weren’t sealed very well. There were openings at the seal which caused the filo pastry to dry out close to the openings.
The outer box was soaked in water. As if they left the boxes out under pouring rain. That kind of damage can’t be during delivery. That is to blame the courier, DHL.

Hello the packaging of the Yufka is all on us, I will investigate this as it should be sealed properly. Please get in touch by Whatsapp or email so we can rectify this. Also DHL are never supposed to leave anything outside unless the customer authorises it, again please get in touch if you want so we can sort this out.
